I'am here! Finally. I have been tracking this site since 06/2012 and base your all the support and sharing personal goal and thoughts I decided to do something for myself. I'am 43 years old and I have twins daughters 18 years old, 8 years old girl and finally my 23 month old boy. So, now I am ready for a makeover. I am 38DD-34-42. Dr Yily quoted me $4700.00 for Tummy Tuck, fat grafting to buttock, BBL, Liposauction of abdomen, armpit , back, flanks, waist,, breast lift.

I plan to video but I need feedback for anyone so I know I am posting to YouTube correctly also will try to post on RS. YouTube name jcsoenda Pre and post BBL. I do not have a wish pic because I will be happy with whatever God, Dr Yily and her staff create with enhancement to my assets LOL!

Apartahotel de Los Sol not worth it. plumbin, cable problems. no one speaks English. It is not recommend to go out at night because the area is not safe. I arrived at CIPL at 630am and not one was there to inform you what to do. Finally around 8:00 my friend who speaks started asking questions and they sent for blood. it was very busy a lot of women was scheduled for surgeries not just Dr Yily. My HCG came back a little low and Dr Yily sent a message she may not operate on me I was de sated so I insisted on speaking with her however, she said the finally decision was up to the anesthesiologist. he examined me At 1:30 pm and asked when was my period. my period end the day before so he said that explains why the HCG was a little low plus I had my owned CBC and EKG done in USA Now the cardiologist left inc 9:00am and finally examined and Said my Blood pressure was too high for surgery so they sent me and another girl for Stress test and EKG we had to pay for it 125.00 us. we finished testing an my test was excellent 120/80 and treadmill test was 140/70. we went back to the clinic and finally got to me DR Yily she apologize but she had to make everything was ok She said she will pay for the hospital stay and we we will be scheduled for surgery the next morning.
The next my fried that I met went first nd then came in to mark my body then Yira came collect money. I was shock because sent the balance to Paypal since the 11March. no one every picked up the money because Dr Yily closed PayPal account. The chase acct is set up for deposit only in US. My only options was wire transfer and you need all of Yily's information or quick pay if you bank chase and the max per day is 2000.00 finally when I square ll of that away She performed surgery. thank god I had a chase acct and I had money in my acct because PayPal takes two days to credit you back the cancelled transaction . My girlfriend that translates left with her boyfriend and my other cannot stand the site of blood but she is very helpful. I cried yesterday morning because and was in so much pin nd lone and when you call for. NYSE they do not speak English nd they want to wait until someone come. Please travel with someone that is not having surgery o that they can help communicate and help ou to go to the bathroom. everyone thinks I look Great and they think Zi got mplants. No I did not get implants. I have follow up Yily on 18March she is the only that touches your breast. I had to beg them to clean me up yesterday and complian to the administration. I stay at the hospital 100.00 per day. don't get me wrong they are friendly but no one speaks English. only 3 people for the entire hospital.

The Dr Yily examined me today and was upset with the situation. S he assumed my friend was staying with in the hospital to translate but I explained she was sick. However, Dr Yily was very please with my recovery and said BBL will show more once the swelling goes down. I checked into the Barcelo santo Domingo Hotel & Casino just a few minutes from the CIPL. Apartahotel del sol refund me for 11 nights which was good. Please ladies try and find a nice hotel. I scheduled a nurse and massages daily 30 us for each per day. I want someone to tke of my drainage and Dr Yily said it is time to start massages. My pics shows Dr Yily examining me.

I waited all day for a nurse and massage therapist and no one showed up. So the hotel "Barcelo" has a dr on call so I spoke with him and he sent me a nurse she ask to speak with Dr Yily and made sure I get the proper after care. she charges 40.00 us and she did a wonderful job. she made a medical supply list and will bring everything with her 20 March. she offered me a massage therapist for tomorrow at 30.00us but Dr Yily had Yira called and confirm she is scenting her therapist tomorrow. Ladies be prepared it very busy at CIPL and you need to have a plan ABC in place. update pic taken today.

Dr Yily does recommend a nurse for after care however, thy are the sme nurses a CIPLA so you have to wait until they get off work and it appears that work a 12 Hour shift. I cannot wait and I am very much into my after care. The hotel "Barcelo " have a doctor on call so I call him and referred me to a nurse so I hired her. She also washes my compression because she so not want me sentng to the hotel laundry. I went for follow up and Yily was teary eyed about the things people are saying. She said unfortunately people hear one side. I will not judge. We all had the same complaints and that is a lot of swelling, chronic headaches, and drainage. My drainage could not come out today because I am still draining a lot. another person flight is tomorrow and she have to travel with drainage Yily referred her to a Dr in New Jersey and he will remove it for 100.00 US. She did ask if she removes it now what will happen. Yily said it will continue drain inside of you and cause major INFECTION. Please ladies travel itch omeone that is not having surgery and could hold your hand. We all complained about night time is the worst. I asked about the swelling and she said it normally and once it goes down I will see my BBL . check out my pic from massage. The assistant said my age I may take longer to heal However, the girl that met said that's BS she younger than31 yr old and she swollen and she cannot take it no more. another was also there and she had Lipo both legs was blac and blue all over and chronic swelling. Her and friend walked with swelling alcohol to prevent fainting.

GM, First time I have slept since six. At follow up once again we complained about the chronic headaches and hearing your hear beat in your ear. Well one of the front desk guys recommend ibuprofen 800mg and take two it is the BEST. NO HEADACES AND NO STIFFNESS to get out of bed. For the first time I feel normal this morning. I also took out all the maxi pads and that also help. The massage therapist made sure to massage the bruised area with the cream and that helps lot. Take a look at yesterday pic I cannot see my BBL yet but They said it looks good. I think it look flat because this damn garmet.

18 days post. I had a follow up Yily on the 27 March and finally my drainage was removed. I travelled on the 28 March and definitely remember ladies book a wheelchair it is very helpful. I purchased the faja that Yily recommends after 3 weeks of post. and she says that when your BBL will start to show. My concerns were my breast swelling, BBL and sex. She answered all my concerns. I am still swollen but everyday it's gets better. I can official take a shower. I am able to see my tummy tuck scar today and I must stay its look reall good. My left breast is still swollen but I do not feel like one thing is in it. I personally think I need to tke that small bra that both breast can fit in the same time.

Beware! The second faja you have to purchase and wear after 3 weeks do not fit! I am upset with myself CIPL was out of stock so Yira gave me the address for Fajate when I went there they told me I needed a Medium however, I knew that definitely would not fit so I brought a Large. They offered me to try it because non refundable and I did not. Now, I have to find a place that sells them.

On April 012013 I followed up with my Dr. and she said it looks like I have an infection in my belly button. She prescribed an antibotics 875mg twice a day and also she referred me to see a general surgeon to be on the safe side. NOTE: When I left DR my belly button was scabbing. I went to see the general surgeon today and he said I have what they call "Necrosis" is death of body tissue. It occurs when there is not enough blood flowing to tissue. The Dr. took a culture to rule out an infection and prescribed wound care , he applied Simply Saline wound wash, bacitracin and non stick pads for protection and absorption. I am noticing the belly button is starting to close since I started the antibotics and it do not have an odor. I just hope this not require another sx, I had enough for this year. I hope to get an appointment with a Dr soon. I will update Dr Yily. I posted pics and I still have swelling. I took my 24 mos old outside and I noticed a lot of swelling after.

On 15April I saw the plastic surgeon and he confirmed necrosis of the belly button. He examined me with a surgical Q Tip and inserted it into the belly button and it was painful "Nurse had to hold my hand" he agreed that the wound care definitely is helping towards a healthy recovery. He said continue wound care and I should have beautiful belly button within a month. he examined by TT and breast and agreed everything looks good. I explained Caught a stomach virus "from my kids" on top of everything else and now I have chronic diarrhea , cramp, bloating, and gas. He referred me back to my primary Dr, he explained I needed to obtain the results of the culture because sometimes the antibiotic can get rid of bacteria and body can develop another. my results of the culture showed staph infection and now the Dr informed me the antibiotic she prescribed will not work for a Staph Infection. I was prescribed Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day. The pharmacist also gave me Imodium multi-symptom relief. I was just by one of the twins she not feeling well "STOMACH VIRUS" again . I have quarantine her to her room. LOL! I cannot get that again!

My belly button looks great! and I am continuing wound care until 19 May. Dr Yily did response to my email and stated she respects all doctors but Ciprofloxacin may not have been the right for staph infection. I finally went out so take a look a the pic and gmy belly button looks good. The twins are once again healthy and I started back work on the 1st May I suffered swelling and discomfort but we got to do what we got to do!

I have to still purchase size L because of the BBL and the pant size 14 but the waist is HUGH! It is difficult to shop for clothes now.
