hey everyone! it sounds a bit crazy but i too have been stocking RealSelf for a while now just waiting to find an affordable doctor that delivers amazing results, and i'm SURE i'v found her, YILY!!!!.. after seeing countless reviews from all you brave RS ladies i'm ready to take the plunge... I will be doing aggressive liposuction of arms, flanks, back, abdomen, and thighs with fat grafting to butt and hips. also a breast augmentation and tummy tuck. I recently sent my request and pictures to Dra. Yily i hope she replys soon, she very busy i hear so im patiently waiting. im so excited and would love to have a buddy to go with in march 2014.

She quoted me 5000 for a tt, bbl and bl but with implants, it'll be 6000. Lipo to arms and thighs would be extra.

i wonder if some of the reviews i have seen were with implants....? was not aware she used implants aswell.. how long did it take to recieve ur quote?

Hey hun, it took her a week, then after that when i responded with more questions, it took about 2-3 days. She does implants too. It'd be more. The quotes she gave me for a bbl with lipo was 3200, with tummy tuck was 3950, with a breast lift and tummy tuck and bbl was 5000 and implants 6000.

Check out Krissylee21 and 1987n and raquelgg. There's quite a few others too. I love their results! They got implants, tt and bbl and look fab!

yes definitely hun im a lil scared to go alone myself but get saving because im trying to see if i can afford an earlier date around the end of this year. not positive about it tho, i think id have to starve for a while lmao.. but working on a possible loan hope i get it **fingers crossed**

Looking for a dr... but does she really charge $60.00 just to look at your photo's and tell you how much she would charge? Looking to get a TT, Breast reduction and Lypo too, just haven't decided who to go to... I really need some help deciding where to go!

@MonaBenz- no hunni im pretty sure the email is free.. i think if u walk into her office and its a face to face consultation she charges 60$ but then again im not sure.. im looking to get almost the same procedures as u.. whoever u choose just do your research hun, for her cost and the results iv seen yily is my first pick.. but its a lil scary thinking about traveling to get it done, yet im so determined thats the last concern on my list lol...

Don't worry about travelling to Dominican Republic... just remember to leave gold and precious items that you cannot live without ... at HOME. No need to put yourself in a possition to get hurt. But I've travelled to 3rd world countries most of my life.. and Dominican Republic is amazing. Been to both sides.. prefer the top part, but the people are extremely friendly and accomodating. Yes, travelling alone is rough, but the excitement of getting a new body... I think that will outdue anything! Keep in touch. :) When I pick out my dr, I'll start posting.. ugh.. nasty before shots.. lol

i finally got quote from yily today the "virtual consultation" is "free" however if u make a deposit then decide to cancel u loose your deposit thats the "fee" i guess...

Right now I have been talking with Dr Rafael Estevez. He seems extremely knowledgeable and competent. I have only gotten one other estimate and that dr said she wouldn't do both the tummy tuck and breast reduction on the same appointment. Not sure if I will be able to get the lypo at the same time, but if I can get the other proceedures, I probably will be fine.
