I am 9 days post op and feel pretty good. I am able to do most of my normal routine except cutting veggies, exercising and driving.
A few days after I had the procedure done my 2 yr old wanted to cuddle with mommy. She pushed down on my left breast and it felt like she moved the implant. She would normally warn me or ask giving me a chance to block her. None the less, nothing appeared to be out of place but I called my surgeon anyway. They squeezed me in the next day for an appointment, even though they were very booked. It gave me peace of mind to have them check and tell me that nothing was wrong and I wasn't at risk for bleeding and so forth. They told me to avoid the kids though. :)
They have dropped already quite a bit. My left is still higher than the right. I am assuming this is because that is the arm I carry the kids with. The shape and size are exactly what I was wanting! My results have actually exceeded my expectations already. I don't look like I am hiding coconuts under my shirt or have the extreme [RS bleep] star figure. I feel great and look natural. Perky but natural...

So I have had my procedure done. And even the day after they looked amazing to me. Yeah they have to drop but they still have a nice shape and look. The pain was terrible the first 2 days for me. I have given birth to all of my kids with no meds... I took the pills with the surgery. I have a high pain tolerance but this is a different consistent kind of pain. I did have some light yellowish bruising on the sides of my breasts as well as pain on the sides when I lifted my arms. Nothing extreme or anything I am concerned about. That being said my meds have me backed up for 4 days... No BM... I look like I am 4 months pregnant. No kidding. The stomach pain exceeded my breasts.

I am 25 yrs old. I got married to my Honey four...

I am 25 yrs old. I got married to my Honey four days after I turned 18. We have 4 beautiful kids now. (6,4,2, and 1) I have gained/lost between 45-75lbs every other year for the past 6 1/2 yrs. (For a grand total of about 240 lbs lost. (OMGosh!)) I have breast fed 3 of the 4 kids for 6-9 months. (Grand total of 1 yr and 9 months) My poor husband... I have been hormonal nonstop after our first yr of marriage. lol

I am currently a 29 rib cage. My stats are 31 29 36. I am 5' 1.5" and 120lbs (fully dressed with shoes)

I have been made fun of for being boobless from the time all of the other girls were hitting puberty. My mom (a very busty woman) and sister would always comment on my "big butt." And the boobless jokes and big butt comments went on into high school until I graduated, got married, and moved off.
Even though I haven't been made fun of for yrs I still see myself as the l bowling pin shaped woman and I haven't taken my shirt of in front of my husband for yrs with the exception of a few times during pregnancy. (Because I had some breasts... The belly wasn't an issue. After all my belly was my kids room for a few months.)
We are getting ready to move back "home" in 6 months and I would like to have the change done and not so obvious to people when we move back.
I would like to balance my breasts with my booty and not look like I am smuggling cantaloups out of CA. I am very confident that I found the doctor to make this happen. I have my pre op on March 1st.

I am honestly more worried about Hubs taking care of me and the 4 kids after surgery than I am about my doctor getting things right. haha My doctor does breast augmentations on a normal bases. Hubby doesn't watch the kids AND take care of his doped up, helpless wife on a normal bases. I just have to make sure I have things ready for him. He is already doing so much for me with this stuff. I don't want to take advantage of him by not having things prepared. Suggestions beyond a clean house, meals, and activities for the kids?

Also, I am very nervous to tell people I know here. I don't want people to think/say, "She is getting/has fake boobs... She must be a [RS bleep]." or "They are headed for divorce." But I can't just Wah Bam... Boobs. And no one notice. Can I? A double A to a D?
