while I have had 5 children I am 37 years old. about 2 years ago I started to leave a healthier life style and a year ago I started working out 5-6 days a week. I feel great but I don't like that every where is toned exept my middle area. can't stand the saggy skin hanging. it's heavy and I am tired of tucking it in control panties lol. I want that six pack that's hiding under all the insulation.

I am sheduled fr my surgery FEB 1st and I am nervous. never been put under or had a surgery but I am excited in the same cup!!!!!

Hello Danielle, I am scheduled for a TT on Feb. 4th, so we'll be recovering almost right together! :) I only have 2 children, the oldest is fixing to be 5 and the youngest a year! :) After having both of them my tummy is shot. I have stretch marks and loose skin, so I'm going in. I'm right there with you on being nervous, I've been looking at getting this done for a year and finally gonna do it. Everything will work out though, and we will have the tummy we want! I can't wait to hear about how it goes for you. Keep us updated and let us know how you're doing! :)

Hi Danielle,

I love that "hiding under the insulation"  too funny.

Your day is fast approaching so I bet you are getting excited now.  You will be thrilled to unload all of that heavy skin.  There is another new woman on the horizon.  You will feel amazing when this is all done.  Have you done any test run bikini shopping yet :)

How did you find your doctor and did you interview more than one?

We would love to hear more about your process as you go through everything.

Pictures?

Thank you so much I am excited a little hungry I had to liquid fast all day where u hungry after u had surgery ?
Kimmers25 (Community Manager) 31 Jan 2011

I had little to no appetite for the first three weeks post op.  My hubby had to force feed me so that I could take my meds.  I also could only eat about a half cup of any food at a time.

Eat small amounts so that you don't get too full.   Also stay away from soda and sodium heavy foods.  They will cause bloat and it really hurts.
Danielle8610 31 Jan 2011
My doctors orders liquids only 24 hrs befor surgery so I had had 3 meal replacement shakes today :) I can't wait to eat lol I am excited to do this I just cleaned out my drawers no more control pants lol bikinis here I come lol I will be praying for you also can't wait to be all healed :)

You are going to do wonderful!   Don't rush anything after surgery.  Rest, medicate, fluids and pamper yourself.
Danielle8610 31 Jan 2011

Kimmers25 (Community Manager) 2 Feb 2011

Oh Danielle I am so sorry you went through this.  My goodness!  Well your hubby acted fast which is wonderful and it sounds like it is all under control now.

You are going to feel tightness, burning and pulling for a while so know that this is normal.  Nothing wrong but just a pain in the tush.

Rest, drink your fluids, take your meds and stay positive.  Keep me up to date on how you are doing.  Hugs to you :)
Danielle8610 2 Feb 2011
My heart started beating fast again @3 so I didn't sleep at all I don't know if it could also be the vicodine or from the athesia I don't know ? Iam puzzled I see dr today
Kimmers25 (Community Manager) 2 Feb 2011

That could be all of the meds they pumped into you yesterday.  They load you up for surgery.  I can remember reading the list of drugs they used in the OR and was thinking it was enough for a horse.  OMG...

Sty to stay calm and take deep breaths.  Are you drinking enough fluids?   The vicodin always made me feel a little nuts inside as well.

I am glad you see the doctor today; that will make you feel better.   I remember that by day 4 post op my anxiety was going down and I rested more soundly.
