while I have had 5 children I am 37 years old. about 2 years ago I started to leave a healthier life style and a year ago I started working out 5-6 days a week. I feel great but I don't like that every where is toned exept my middle area. can't stand the saggy skin hanging. it's heavy and I am tired of tucking it in control panties lol. I want that six pack that's hiding under all the insulation.

I am sheduled fr my surgery FEB 1st and I am nervous. never been put under or had a surgery but I am excited in the same cup!!!!!

While it's been 13 days now and I am feeling pretty good just have some pain on one of the sides where my drain was it has a little bump around it ooch other then that I took my first shower today it was a little weird to see the huge insition but it was nice to see the big fat belly gone !!!!!!!

I was praying and had lots of people praying the same and preparing asking the Lord for minimal pain and Speedy healing I have received what I asked for what's your name I will pray for you ,,,,

Well thankfully my pain is also getting a lot better. :) My name is Alicia, and I have also been praying and could use all the extra that I can. :) It is so amazing how differently a day can make with the pain. :)

Glad to hear you are doing good Danielle! ;) I'm on my 3rd day post-op and still in pain! that's amazing that you are already standing straight and minimal pain! :) I don't know how you are eating subway! My poor hubby has been having to force me to eat, because I'm just not hungry! :) Well, just wanted to see what ya had posted! Again, glad you're doing so great! ;)

Also drink Monavie it is fruit And veg high powered antioxidant phytonutreints it is healing me fast when I got bitby a black widow2 yes ago I drank a bottle and had the ventum out with in 3 days powerful stuff I really recommend Monavie Active to women before and after surgery

Lol my dr says eat eat you heal faster he told me no dieting lol I eat slow I had a pinacolada smoothie yummy for the tummy while it's been 7 hrs since I took Tylenol I think it's time I am feeling the burning coming on it's the drains I seen you have a 18 yr old and youngest 4 I have 5 blessing 19 boy 16 boy 10 girl 6 girl 3 boy lol

That is correct Danielle.  Eat lots of healthy lean protein and fresh fruits and veggies.  It does the body good!

Yes straight but I have to remember to bend knees slightly and yes I had my BM yesterday and today yeah!!!!!

While today I went to my Dr appt he said it's looking great and my drains are doing great (the color coming out )he means ,,,,he cleaned me up and told me the Drains just might be coming out Monday he also ordered me a new size MED binder:) Iam able to walk pretty straight with a slight bend of the knees as for pain no pain just sourness a little burning below still other then that I feel good I am home back in my recliner resting and having a smoothie and a subway sandwich life is good and extra strength Tylenol is doing the Job yeah !!!!!!my hubby's surprised me with a new IPad so I could stay in touch he is awesome

I seen my tummy yesterday wow it's supper flat amazing Dr said I have no bruising I feel so much better today

I am glad to hear this news!  Just keep resting and lay really low this next two weeks.  Even if you are feeling really good don't push it.  Your body needs recovery time.

Yes I will my butt and back are starting to hurt from laying on recliner have any suggestions

Pick up one of those three to four inch think foam waffle pads.   I rented a hospital bed and they also supplied me with one of these.  They also included a lambs wool pad.  It gives you enough cushion to take some of the pressure off.

While it's done and it went great went in about9:00 to surgery room DR put in IV and that was the end woke up at 3:30 I was under 5 hours I left there at 5pm I was feeling great I took pain med @ 7 not in much pain I just feel a burning some where above my private area !!!ok so around 9 I started to feel nausea then my heart rate started really going fast I was shaking my husband called 911 they came my heart rate was a little high and i had some pain in my chest they suggest I be transported to hospital so off I went they hooked me up to IV my blood sugar was 195 wow my heart rate stared to slow down as I got to hospital they did blood work heart test and chest x rays everything normal while I was extremely dehydrated that's what caused all of this I thought it was the vicodine they said nope dehydration Thank God that was scary my temp is 99.9 also I was low in magnesia electrollights so they gave me some I am home now I ate and finally took pain killer I am feeling alitttle pain and burning that's my day

Oh Danielle I am so sorry you went through this.  My goodness!  Well your hubby acted fast which is wonderful and it sounds like it is all under control now.

You are going to feel tightness, burning and pulling for a while so know that this is normal.  Nothing wrong but just a pain in the tush. 

Rest, drink your fluids, take your meds and stay positive.  Keep me up to date on how you are doing.  Hugs to you :)

My heart started beating fast again @3 so I didn't sleep at all I don't know if it could also be the vicodine or from the athesia I don't know ? Iam puzzled I see dr today

That could be all of the meds they pumped into you yesterday.  They load you up for surgery.  I can remember reading the list of drugs they used in the OR and was thinking it was enough for a horse.  OMG...

Sty to stay calm and take deep breaths.  Are you drinking enough fluids?   The vicodin always made me feel a little nuts inside as well. 

I am glad you see the doctor today; that will make you feel better.   I remember that by day 4 post op my anxiety was going down and I rested more soundly.
