I am almost at my 2 weeks point! My breast have changed quite some much during this last week. My left one I believe has already dropped and fluff and my right one is dropping at iceberg speed! (no fluffling in my right one) I am still wearing my surgical bra.. only 4 weeks of it and then I am free! Bruising has gone except for a small spot on my right breast. I dont feel any more morning boob! They do hurt if I stretch when waking up or sometimes mid sleep. I'll feel a very sharp pain in my left breast. My left arm has gained full mobility.. my right arm is getting there. My doctor instructed me to massage my incision in order to avoid a scar tissue lump in my armpit. Although my scars are barely visible.

So today is has been OFFICIALLY ONE WEEK since the arrival of my girls. Well I must say that swelling has gone down a bit :D They barely hurt only morning boob. But they do feel weird, they feel like I have a padded bra under my skin.. I dont know if you guys will understand with that description. I just hope it goes away.. :S

Hope you get better, it' s still early even me 1 wk 2 days. Morning boobs for me not feelinv it anymore but stitches hurts a bit especially evenings. Ldft boob is slightly swollen the right one dropped down slightly more.

I dont have any pain today besides morning pain. but my left breast seems to be swollen in the crease, I am scared that this is signs that it is bottomig out. Does anyone know if this is normal or not?

kind of hard to tell without a pic what is going on with your crease. Call your PS, or post a pic. Or both. lol
Make sure its not a hematoma. Not sure what the symptoms are for that. rapid swelling, skin in area is hot, etc..???.if those signs are present call their emergency line but double check the paperwork they gave you on the symptoms to look out for before doing that.

Hello lola~ some swelling is normal, but if you are experiencing severe pain it could be a problem. Call your PS and explain the situation and see what he says! Look forward to seeing your new piks...BTW, I got 304 cc's and am now a full C/fit into D cup in Victorias Secret. Take Care:-)
Thanks. I havent called my PS. but the swelling is not bruised or hot touch nor do i have fever which is what my post op documents say to look out for so I'll just wait it out till wednesday (next appointment). I am guessing is just regular swelling ( I hope so)

I have 315 cc Mentor Mod Plus Submuscular trans axillary incision. I measure 30 inches at my ribcage. I started 34A and right now with swelling I am a full C. I just posted the pictures!
