Horrible Results or I Should Say No Results Except Red Spots from my Laser Resurfacing - Costa Rica, CR

my question is: after almost 2 years after my laser treatment with Dr. Tabush, he writes me via email telling me that I ruined his reputation. Where was Dr. Tabush when I attempted with 3 emails, after my procedure, letting him know that I had absolutely no results...only more red spots. Dr Tabush never replied to any of those emails...that is when I posted the negative comments. Now, after all of this time, he writes asking for photos!!! No way, Jose...he never responded when I asked him for comments about my poor results. I wrote to him informing him that one unhappy patient would not ruin his reputation...his response was "wishing me bad karma". How in the world did Dr. Tabush get my email address??????

You obviously have some kind of ax to grind with this doctor. I saw Dr. Tabush for a fractional resurfacing as well. I found Dr. Tabush to be extremely professional and very accommodating. I practically walked into his office in between dental procedures, and he did his best to do the most he could in about 3 hours, and at a fraction of what I would have paid in the USA. Did he take me from 50 and make me 25 again? No... but it was damn fine work. I suspect this disgruntled person wouldn't have been satisfied no matter what. To keep posting bad reviews without any proof at all (hello, photos?) smack of someone with nothing better to do.

I had no idea that there were comments made about my experience with Dr. Tabush. I am not good with the computer, so I would like to respond now. I don't take pictures of my face...period. I simply don't like to have my picture taken. As I said before, Dr. Tabush never, never responded to my e-mails about having no results...even after a phone call to his staff. It was only after someone must have told him about my bad experience posted on RealSelf, did he respond!!! And, that was with a terrible comment that he wished me 'bad karma'. Dr. Tabush may indeed have helped many patients...I am just not one of them...would not go back.

I agree auggie,, I had great experiences,, been there several times,, had fraxonal laser,, and other treatments.. A+,, great results .
On top of it,, he is extremely busy,, his clinic is a ALWAYS packed with clients.
If you have a complaint go back to see him,,,

Dr. Tabush is horrible! He doesn't answer phone calls or requests after surgery. Be careful. He will use you to the betterment of his practice. A friend and I went to Costa Rica and had his so called surgery and he ruined both of us. He never returned our phone calls or requests for a copy of the paperwork and it has been over one year now. We needed to know what he injected in us to fix our medical issues in the U.S. To date, he has not responded. I doubt if he keeps records or even is a real surgeon! I would NEVER recommend him to anyone and surely not ever visit his clinic again. Years ago he was good, but today he is a nightmare. Never give this man your business.

It's been almost one year since I went to Costa Rica for laser resurfacing...for me, it was not worth it. There is no improvement from my last post. This will be my last update...if there was going to be any improvement, it would have shown by now. Sorry, but I don't have photos.

 My procedure was not worth the cost $1,350.00 was a complete waste. I went to see Dr. Tabush as he was given a very good rating. I wanted all of the red spots on my face removed. The doctor suggested Fraxel laser resurfacing. There has been no improvement in my skin other than more red spots from the laser. I must say those spots are beginning to fade; however, none of the original discolorations are gone. The treatment was definitely not worth it.
