I am a single mother of three and after I had my first son I wanted to get my boobs done. I knew I wanted more kids so I waited until I was sure I wasn't going to have any more. Now that I'm the mother of three great, crazy kids I am finally ready.
I am a little worried about how sore I'm going to be after the surgery and would appreciate any advice. My plan is to have my kids go with family for the first week and then hire a nanny for the two weeks after they come home. My youngest is only 1 years old and she likes to be held and cuddled a lot. Will I be able to do that? How long did the pain last?

The surgery went well. Dr. Gray was really helpful and supportive to all of my many questions. The pain lasted a little longer than my girlfriends had prepared me for so I am glad I had hired help for two weeks after the surgery. It allowed me to take my time and not rush the healing process. I AM SOOOO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!! Not only did he listen to my request of them looking "natural", they are soft and supple!!! I didn't want to look like I had big [RS bleep] boobs and I DON'T!! They look like normal boobs when I'm out with my kids at the park but when I'm dressed up I actually have boobs without needing to wear a padded bra or a bra at all.
I am very happy that I had this done. Even my mom, who was totally against it, complimented me on how great they look!!!

Going from what I've read from other ladies on RealSelf, you'll be pretty darn sore for a while. The first three days sound like they're the hardest, but the swelling and soreness lasts for longer than you'd hope. Still, almost everyone is so glad they did this! The results are very dramatic and amazing.
