I broke my nose twice and had a deviated septum I need corrected. Since I was correcting that Dr. Kim recommended lifting the tip as well. Anyways $15,000 later my nose looks almost exactly the same before the surgery.

Dr. Kim said I have "Asian skin" and its "too thick"... basically said too bad thanks for the money...

I could have had a better job done in LA for $4000

careful people, don't buy into all the advertisement...

Dear Danihi, I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the results of your surgery. I do my best to be straightforward with every patient and do my best to give each person the best results I can within the limitations of one's anatomy. In your case, as you allude to, the thick soft tissue covering limited the degree of refinement of the nose. I try hard to convey such limitations clearly prior to surgery so that expectations can be set realistically. We have discussed your case together several times and I would dispute your comment that there was any message from me which in any way could be construed as "too bad thanks for the money." I realize you are upset and these comments may stem from that emotion. But I feel compelled for the sake of RealSelf users to comment on this. As I have discussed with you I remain available and willing to try to help you going forward in any way that I can.
