I wanted to personally thank you for a wonderful experience that I had in your office during my Cool sculpting procedure. The entire experience was first class. The office staff were very friendly, warm, and knowledgeable about the procedure that I was about to receive.
Past the front office, the time you took to explain the procedure to me, your calmness, and confidence really put me at such a relaxing state that I actually took a 40 minute nap during the one hour procedure.
Upon completion of my procedure, everything was normal. I had all sensations in the area of the procedure and no discomfort whatsoever. In fact the same evening I was at the gym doing my regular exercises.
Once again, thank you so much for the wonderful experience that received in your office from yourself and your staff.
