I can't tell you enough wonderful things about my fat trxs. I was able to tell immediately that it worked.

Healing was not bad for me. I was virtually in no pain where the fat trans. was on my eyes. There were no lumps or bumps, no (crawly bug feelings) and as of today it's all still where it was intended to be and I think looks great! Because I had other work done as well and at the same time, My healing may of taken a few days longer than just a fat trans by itself.

I apologize! This was my first time posting on this website. The photos that were up, were not intended for my before and afters. In fact, they were not even of me. I never intended to mislead anyone. I do really feel like I look not as old, hopefully you'll be able to see the difference with the actual photos of me.

Doctor Karam only works on Faces, so I felt quite confident in him after doing tons of research and in interviewing others. He is AMAZING, he's not all talk, he knows what will work with your facial features and what won't. He is honest and will not try to make you into something your not! I'm a licensed esthetician, so for me I'm very particular with who works on my face, from my facials to who does my fillers, to actual surgery. Hands down, he had the best bedside manner, as well as the best surgical mind and hands! he answered all questions we had in depth if we needed it. After Care was AMAZING. Both phone and email responses are immediate, the staff is beautiful inside as well as out. The pricing was totally fair. The Staff plan for your visit, so wait times were NEVER a issue. My after photo was taken yesterday, a year and a half after the before photo you see! AMAZING! I couldn't be happier!!!!

Good to hear that your fat transfer went well, do you have any close up pictures of your eyes? It's a little bit difficult to see your eyes on a full body picture.

I apologize! The photos that were up before were not even of me! some how some way, I posted totally different photos. I just posted my before and afters and hopefully you will be able to see a closer look at them. I do not work for the doctor, and did not get paid for my review. I know somebody else made the comment that you need to be careful with people who post for their job or to make money. In my case, I'm just extremely happy with my results, and felt I needed to post. I'm just not a computer wiz, so I put the wrong photos up.

beware people of positive reviews like this one where they do not show clear before and after photos

It could be a review made by a person who is either unaware of the truth about their outcome or someone who works for the doctor.

Is that the fat transfer using stem cells?
I've rad mixed opinion on stem cells fat graft.
Some said fat graft is fat graft and the stem cells are already in the fat and doctors who claim they add stem cells in the fat are bogus.
Another doctor said stem cell therapy fat graft shows amazing results.
I really don't know who to believe.
How was yours done?

Since you had other work done I do not feel that it is fair to claim that your new look is due to fat transfer. To me it looks like you lost weight.

Well yes, I am wearing makeup in my after photo, they were taken a few months after my surgery. I had the before photos taken the day of surgery, where I didn't wear makeup.

A question about your before/after. Is the before photo taken close up and the after photo taken from far away? I think this may explain the change in your face shape.

There you go again with even more photos you have posted. The before photo is very shadowy and the after you used a flash to fill in any shadows. This is not fair. There really are a lot of people out there that are naive enough to fall for these little tricks. Any why shouldn't they? Who would suspect that people would be this deceitful!

Does this doctor or can he use it on lines in cheeks when you smile? Have you seen photos of that paticular area?

I think you can use Juvederm in that area. But you would have to ask. I believe that's what I had done as well.

My after photos were approx 6 -9 months after surgery. Thank you! I LOVE it!!!

She is comparing a photo where the flash was used to a photo taken with no flash to give a more flattering after photo. Nep, please post a before photo taken with a flash.

wth, I'm not sure what your issue is with this review, but its time to move on. She has posted 6 photos for us, and shared her story. How about a little gratitude instead of such an accusatory approach? People don't need to get a full set of professional, perfectly lit shots to post on here.
