I started my surgical journey but having consultations with a few surgeons that sent off every red flag in my head. So I began my search anew by consulting the American Society for Plastic Surgeons website. Every time I saw a picture I like, it was by Dr. Pousti and I just KNEW he was my surgeon. (Ladies, they say when you find THE wedding dress you cry and and jump up and down with joy. The same thing happened to me when I found Dr. Pousti. I immediately booked a consultation and was then overwhelmed by his staff, as well as Dr. Pousti himself. You are a REAL person to everyone, your concerns and questions are valid. You feel taken care of to the greatest extent possible. You feel like you're family. All of these things put me at ease, which is NOT an easy task. I' am a super right-brained, type A personality who does not trust easily, and my BS detector is something I trust implicitly. Bearing all that in mind, I can completely let go and leave everything to Dr. Pousti and his AMAZING staff. No question is too much, no detail is overlooked. These people bend over backward for you if life throws you a curve ball, (which it frequently does.) I feel immensely grateful and blessed to have Dr Pousti and his amazing staff in my life.
