I've waited 20 years for this! TT on 2/25/13

I am 6 weeks po today. I'm now walking almost upright most of the time and getting around a lot better. My recovery has been very easy. I really haven't had any pain or discomfort at all. I think that I'm still quite swollen and can't wait for this to go away but I know it can be months for all the swelling to disappear. I'm still wearing the compression binder 24/7 since I find the Spanx type of garment too hard to get into and it hurts trying to pull up over my hip area. Can't wait to start working out again as I feel like my butt and thighs are getting fat and flabby from lack of exercise. I go see my ps tomorrow for a follow up appt and I'm hoping he will allow me to start back with my gym workouts.
