Dr. Karam is wonderful! He has changed my life forever!! Dr. Karam and all of his staff are so very kind, and treat you like you are family. They will take as much time with you as you need to understand your procedure and healing process, and are very supportive throughout the procedure and recovery. Dr. Karam also teaches at the university when he is not caring for his patients. He is a very dedicated physician, and the best in San Diego County. Avoid the reduced prices you may see elsewhere--you will only get reduced service and reduced results. All surgeons are not the same. You want only the best for your face. I first went to Dr. Karam for eye rejuvenation, to remove bags and droopy upper lids. A few months later, I had a mini facelift to firm up the jawline, in preparation for my wedding. When I returned to work after healing, a co-worker said to me "Welcome to your twenties!" I bumped into a friend whom I have not seen since we were both in our late 20's, and she said to me "You look the same"!!! Just months before, I was an aged and tired-looking 49 year-old woman.
