The dissatisfaction I had with my previous augmentation was a result of obvious indentations as well as the lack a consistant round shape. These elements presented doubts as to achieving the desired result as well as limiting the type of clothing I could wear. The recovery time normal about a few weeks.

Its friday sep.14 2012 day after Dr. Pousti removed my implants in the first stage of a two stage breast procedure.Dr. Pousti informed me they were ruptured and leaking Im glad I made the decision to seek out his help.His staff has checked up on me twice to make sure I was feeling ok. Tommorow I meet with Dr Pousti for the first time after my surgery.Im excited to see the results of the first stage of my two stage breast reconstruction.Dr. called me personally over the weekend to see how I was doing. I was very impressed he took time out of his busy schedule to personnaly call to check on me.

Its been about 10 days since surgery Im back in vegas and healing well. Ive been walking every day since I cannot use my upper body or do anything to vigorous.I will continue to heal and take care of myself .Im going to wait 3 to 6 months before I can continue with the second stage the surgery to replace the implants Dr. Pousti removed in the first stage.I now have a b-cup perky natural breast . Im happy I did the surgery,and found Dr. Pousti.

Its been 6 weeks since my surgery. Im healing good. I do have scars from the breast lift but they look much better than my scars from previous surgery with a surgeon here in town.I am using a scar gel I purchused from Dr. Pousti office.My breasts are small and perky but do not have the fullness i desire, Im going to take more time to heal and if possible get new implants to achieve that fullness and definetly have Dr. Pousti do the surgery.

Through internet research and personal consultation. I researched numerous plastic surgeons for several months before I found Dr. Pousti. Through his web site and personal consultation, I discovered his vast expertise in similar situations relating to my desire and expected outcome. I will have my initial surgery tomorrow and although there will be a second one in a few months once the breast foundation is complete, I am actually looking forward to begin the process as Dr. Pousti has created a perception for me of confidence as we look to achieve my goal. I have made several trips from Las Vegas to arrive at this juncture but it was an absolute variable required to validate my decision.
