am 5'2 110 pounds and started with 450cc which were bottoming out and causing me much discomfort. I wanted to go smaller to prevent this from happening again. I was looking for a doctor who specialized in the "internal bra." Finally I came across Dr. Pousti and read all about his surgeries and decided to make an appointment for a consultation. The consultation was very informative and most importantly, I felt very confident that I had made the right choice. Dr. Pousti was very professional, caring and very considerate of answering my questions and really listened to my concerns. His office staff was also very caring, helpful and very informative of the surgeries as well as the aftercare. At first I wanted to go 100cc's smaller. I was nervous about what size I was going to be. The day of the surgery, Dr. Pousti did his sketching and immediately I felt at ease because he is so confident and knew exactly what he was doing with what we both wanted to achieve. At the end of the surgery, I ended up 371cc's and I'm so happy that he decided not to go any smaller! They look very natural and now I feel so confident and pleased with my new look!! His staff is great!!! Dr. Pousti is a true artist and I thank him for the wonderful job that he's done!!!!
