So far I am 5 days post op with 780 cc saline implants in both breasts. 

2 weeks post op update...
I pay more attention to my breasts now more than ever! Everyday my body makes adjustments to heal itself from surgery and the swelling continues to decrease. I still can't lay on my side and sometimes I feel the muscles tighten if I'm putting too much pressure on myself, like opening a new jar that doesn't want to give! The skin is softening up and I get my surgical tape off next week which makes me very excited. Other great news includes not having to wear the bra with the strap anymore per my Doctor's orders! So I went shopping for a comfortable sports bra and ended up buying 3 different kinds and concluding I really like one made by Hanes.

I also noted that Dr. Pousti has more reviews compared to other Doctors featured on this site and the same goes for other plastic surgery sites too! You'd would be crazy to go anywhere else!
