Hello, I am counting down the days until my breast augmentation surgery with Dr.Pousti. I cannot wait to see the results . My goal is to be a Nice D cup with roundness and cleavage on the top, without the melon look .I have been wanting to get implants since I was a young girl because of my body being very bottom heavy. I am excited to now have a proportional body once the surgery is over. I will update this as I go! :-)

Surgery was today ! So it looks like he put in 492ccs in both of the silicone implant. I am in a lot of pain but I think the arnica and per op vitamins have really helped :)

Still healing but they are feeling a lot better ....

Just got back from my post op appointment. The steri strips are staying on for a bit longer, but it is for the best. Dr. pousti always takes the best care of me and answers all my questions. They even did all the paperwork for my job on the spot. He is willing to even give me a late appointment next week to accommodate my working schedule. I cannot wait to see these completely healed. I learned breast massage today and it was kind of weird but actually helps ease the pain.
I have eased off the pain medication, so that is good :) if you have ANY QUESTIONS , please feel free to email me on here. I am very open.

This type of massage regenerates tissues to reduce scarring at surgical incision sites. Lymph drainage massages also reduce swelling and detoxify the body, according to the International Alliance of Healthcare Educators. The alliance's website states that lymph drainage massages help speed regeneration of tissues and cells. I just had one today because my therapist told me to wait 10 days after surgery. So today was ten days :). I can have better posture and put my arms closer to my sides. Yay :-))))

I added a picture of me at 2 weeks post op. you can see the dissolvable stitches on one side that is why it is dark. But otherwise. I think they are healing nicely.

I was researching on the Internet for a few months and decided on Dr.Pousti based in his high reviews. I was planning on getting multiple consultations at different offices , but after seeing what a professional gentleman he was, I decided he was the doctor for me! His staff is also very open and caring with you as well.

It feels weird not having tape on anymore. I was so used to it. I have to wait a week to start using silicone sheeting and scar gel. I definitely don't want ugly scars. Lol. My appointment was good , I had alot of questions as usual

Aw! Totally understand!! Are you on Arnica and Bromelain? Arnica gel and creme does wonder for bruising!

I used the Arnica gel since day one through 2 weeks and didn't get any bruising. It really helps

Bromelain should be arriving in the mail soon. I took arnica pre op. I only have minor bruising and it has turned yellow. So not too bad. But I have a bad rash in between my breasts from the surgical bra and itching it :(

Cocoa butter for in between the girls and all around them except for the bruised areas .. I would put the Arnica gel on the bruised areas ;)

.. WHAT are you talking about?! That bras H.O.T! hahah theyr comfy at least (tried one on at a consult with the implant sizers)... but you don't have frankenboob so thats a plus :) My PS says NO bra for the first couple weeks EEEEK!!! lol Im NEVER not wearing a bra.. mostly because then i feel like my boobs are just SAGGY ugh but when Im forced to go without one at least ill have real BOOBS!

Lmao !!! It is annoying as hell with the chest strap. I have to wear it day and night for 4-6 weeks but I'll try to bug the doc for less time. Lol

Yeah not fun at all. Buy a thing of Boudreaux Butt Paste all natural. - for diaper rash. This thing chafes your skin pretty bad :/
