I had lost 20 lbs and my breasts had shrunk. I went from a b/small c cup to a d (what I was before the weight loss) and can fill out bathing suits and halter tops better. I chose Saline instead of Silicone and am happy with me decision. I had a stage 2 lift due to the increased sagginess of my breasts. That procedure added a bit to the surgery recovery because of the extra incisions and stitches. The scarring is so minimal. I had one part around my areola that was thicker than the rest of the scars and Dr. Pousti did a small scar revision surgery at 1 year post op. I was in and out of his office in an hour, so quick and an easy recovery

From my initial consultation to my 1 year post op appt it was the best experience imagineable. I had a breast augmentation with a lift. Dr. Pousti always made plenty of time for my questions and concerns and his staff was so caring (called everyday after surgery to make sure I was doing well and had no questions). I am so extremely pleased with my results, I couldn't be happier! Dr Pousti is very professional but also very personable, my husband also liked him very much. I've recommended Dr Pousti to all of my friends!

I wanted a more youthful appearance and more self esteem in my bathing suit. The implants helped but the lift really made the difference.
