I'm sending this review because I would like to express how very grateful I am to have found such a wonderful and talented plastic surgeon. I am now 2 months post-op so I recently had breast augmentation performed on myself, and I am overjoyed with emotion and happiness. I have wanted this done since I was 19 years old and I am now 32 and it has become a reality for me.

I absolutely love my new breasts. Every few weeks that go by I notice a change. My breast are dropping into place and becoming more and more beautiful to me everyday. I have always been a confident woman but having this surgery has giving me the type of confidence that will change the way that I feel about myself as a woman for the rest of my life.

I am truly happy and I thank my doctor very much. My doctor and his staff always made me feel like I was a part of their little family. I never once felt pressured to hurry up and schedule my surgery. From pre-op to post-op I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I went on several consultations and I can truely say when I walked out of his office, I knew he would be my doctor. I know a few people that have had work done by him and have amazing results. I am now one of those women. My breast look awesome and natural. I would recommend my doctor to anyone, any day!

Unfortunately I do not I accidentally erased that picture. I was an A cup. I breastfed two children children, so what little volume I had was gone after that

I am looking to get mine done and have read so many amazing reviews about Dr. P's work. I was curious as to what kind of implant you had done and what size they are now after surgery and healing?

I have mentor smooth round moderate profile saline. 425cc implants filled to 455cc on the Left and 455cc on the right. I wanted fullness on top which is what he gave me. I measure a 34D but I am going to get measured again now that I am about 6 months post op.

WOW! You look fantastic! My surgery is scheduled for August 3rd and I will be receiving saline 425's overfilled to 450's. Yours are EXACTLY what Iam hoping for! Can I ask your before stats just for comparison? Height, weight, etc. Thanks!

Thank you. I'm 5' 7.5 134lb. I will say once the swelling went down a out 5-6 months post-op, with out a bra they look a tad smaller that what you see in the pictures. With a bra on they still look like what you see in my tank pic. Overall I'm very happy! Sometimes I feel like I could have gone a lil bigger... But I think we all go through that at done point lol. We are very close to the same size! Iam just shy of 5'7" and I weigh 133. Iam so ready to have this done. I have been researching for over a year! After reading your review and seeing your pictures...WOW...Iam even more excited! I hope to have similar results to you. I thought I would be in the 400cc range, but at my last consult my PS had me try on the 500cc's (which looked too big) and then she had me try on the 450cc's. I was hesitant at first, but after looking at myself, I really liked how they looked. My PS said the most common thing people say is they wished they would have gone bigger. Are yours unders or overs? My PS said I had the height for this size and my chest was wide enough to fit them. I hope all turns out well. Counting down the days!! =)

They are under. Plus when you try them on if they are going under they will be slightly smaller that what appears when you stuff them in your bra. When they go under you lose some of that size. But under is better from what I've researched. Again good luck!

Oh and I am 30 and I also hope to end up with a D cup as well.
