My breasts weren't small or lousy, just a little deflated at age 40. I got very small implants compared to most I've seen (each well under 200cc). I love them. They're gorgeous. They feel firm but good. Look spectaular. If I were getting them today (I had them done in 2001) I would seriously consider going with Silicone. After a lot of research of course. A friend had her saline implants replaced with silicone and loves the result.
