8 days post op!! Tummy Tuck W/ Lipo on Flanks - Saint Louis, MO

Im 8 days now, yay! I got1 drain removed, stinks that the one I had to keep in is the one that hurts, that whole side of my stomach rally hurts, it makes me worry that the drain is messing with things and irritating me, did anyone have a drain cause problems?

I'm 5 days post op, yesterday was a good day, I figured out how to get in and out of bed by myself ans started doing the stairs. Today's been rougher, so far my left side is the only side that hurts and is swollen. Has been experienced swelling on just one side? I'm a little concerned. I was just able to wash my hair so that should make it better. I thought I would feel tighter too, but maybe it's just cause I'm swollen, don't get me wrong my muscles feel tight just my skin doesn't seem as tight as pictures I see, hopefully just swelling

I ended up having to stay 2 nights, hoping to go home tonight, I hadn't been able to eat and was very nauseous. This has definately been the hardest thing ive ever done. I thought I was in decent shape, but man getting uP and down is excruciating. I can't wait till the day I wake up and think its a little better. Yesterday I completely regretted doing this, today I'm happy, we will see tonight. Good luck to all of you waiting for your date, you can do it!!
