I finally decided to try Accurane after trying everything else out there! I'm on 40mg once a day. So far so good the only side effects have been dry lips (been packing on Vaseline atleast 10 times a day and they are still perfectly soft) dry itchy skin, my hands are starting to chap so I bought some aqua phone today, and I'm a bit more tired but could also be cause I stopped drinking coffee to avoid dairy. I'll update again soon

Wow, you stopped drinking coffee.. you have willpower, not sure my mornings would be the same without it! Acne can be so frustrating, fingers crossed this does the trick! Good luck :)
