Just an update on how everything looks completely healed 6years later. This is stills one of the best decisions I have ever made. Love myself!!!

Ok...so today is day 15 po and I just got out my...

Ok...so today is day 15 po and I just got out my drains yesterday. I feel huge. .very swollen. I'm assuming this will pass. Other than the swelling I love the way I look. I have lost 8 lbs total. He said he removed 4 lbs total with the lipo and skin removal.I have also lost 2 1/2in off my hips and 1 1/2in off my waist. I am soooo excited. I think the greatest compliment I have received so far has been from my husband (who acted supportive at first and then kind of turned into a butt for a short period of time...lol). He said that I look as good as I did when we got married. Which was 10 years ago. When I was 17! He keeps on saying I cant believe how small you are now! Omg!! I love it!

I have wanted this for a few years now. Basically...

I have wanted this for a few years now. Basically since a year afrer my son was born and I realised that this was it, this was the body I was going to have for the rest of my life. I had gained quite a bit of weight with him. Before pregnancy I was 5'7 and 172 and after I was 206. I am now 160. I feel pretty good about myself except my gross sagging stomach. It seems the more weight I loose the worse it looks. I finally convinced my husband of 10 years that I need this. I am doing this for me. I want to love myself again. I have never thought that I needed to look like a super model. I just want to feel normal again. So, here I am about 6 1/2 weeks out. I scheduled it way back in june so I would have time to plan. Im excited but nervous!
