I'm 38 years old. 5'7, 127 pounds, very athletic, petite/medium frame. I had my son November 2010 and won't have any more. After BF for only 6 weeks my perky self got a little sad looking. It's not too sad, but it's definately in a different area code, just a city over. Haha. I'm currently a 34B and was before as well. My goal is to get to a 34C+.

After my BA in March 2012, the entire next year I felt one was smaller than other. Dr said at first that one is more swollen. Then 6 months that I use one arm more and it has more muscle. By 12 months PO, after weight training and toning (I'm a skinny person, not to loose weight) both my breast lost their fullness and one side was almost a cup smaller and so it was very noticable now. Saw Dr, he was pretty disappointed and upset. He paid for implants and I got a revision. I'm 6 days PO and now it's opposite. The other side is bigger than the other. I know with a revision, there is almost no swelling. Each day it's more noticable. I'm pretty bummed out. We'll see what happens. This time they did 500, high profile each side. He said he tried a 540 in one and it wasn't right so he went same CC on each side. I see him in two days.

Today is Day 20. I'm pretty happy I guess. It's the down time I think that's bumming me out being a high impact runner and weight trainer. Soon....Walking right now on the treadmill is good, and the bike. Not a fan of the eliptical. Posting new pic at day 20. That one side is still bigger and is lower than the other. If I pull the bathing suit top super tight (hurts my neck), then they look more even. More even top pic, more comfortable tie on the bottom.

A lot of people ask me, how many CC did you get. When I tell them 500 they go wooow. They are the same size as I was before I lost the weight at 339 CC. They had to put more CC in to get me back to my original 1st BA size

I don't see a pic but Im sure you look great. How many weeks Post Opp? This was my second time. Got it done last March 2012. Lost weight in the breast tissue weight lifting and had to re-do them. Lost all my size. These are High Profile. I had moderate last time and they spilled towards my armpits making them wider and less full. This time he agreed with me that my frame was too narrow for the moderate. The high profile project out more and I feel it makes you look perkier, more "dancer" like I guess. My hubby loves this one.

click on my full profile and look at my review. This is my second time too. Had mine done back in 2003 with saline 360 cc implants. Then had a baby in 2010 and breastfeed so I needed them redone. Now mine are Mentor high profile silicone 500 cc. I am 2 weeks post op now.

They look fabulous! I'm about 5 weeks post op and feeling good. Having a hard time finding the bathing suits, what size is that in your pic? I have 492cc silcone implants and they look very similar to yours.

Thank you! Mine are 500 CC and the top size in a medium victoria secret top. Those ones that you mix and match, the less expensive ones. Depends on how much coverage you want show. My BFF gets Small tops. Wow...LOL Being tan makes it look better too. Before I tanned it looked weird, now that I'm tanning it's looking really good.

Can't wait for summer for tanning and bathing suits! Thanks for the tip on the suit, I'll keep that in mind when shopping! :)

Thanks for starting your story here on RealSelf! What sort of implants are you getting?

It's amazing how much a little breast feeding can do (not to mention a lot of pregnancy :) ). I hope you're able to get your "girls" back where you want them.
