So I got my labs and and clearance from my primary physician on March 30th 2012 I am pretty psyched about getting everything done my pre op is scheduled for april 11th and my operation is stll scheduled for April 26th2012 I am posting some pics of what I look like right now... I am getting a full tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks and dorsal regions...

I am just waiting and waiting and waiting, and it is now 19 days and counting... I am so excited about getting this cut off... dreaming about having a flat tummy every night now... it is so hilarious... even my son asks me about it,"mommy when are you getting your surgery?" lol... craaazzzyyy.... I am enjoying looking at everyone's posts and the variance in scar placement, symmetry, and healing... and I am getting nervous, excited, and anxious all at the same time... I wish I had more people to talk to about this... my mommy(yes I call her mommy, lol) is being so supportive, and is considering getting some "things" done, after she sees how everything pans out for myself...I am 190 pounds and 5'8, my biggest problem areas are my stomach, back flanks and arms... I called my surgical consultant last week to remove some lipo, and she convinced me to keep it, because it would enhance my "result" ---lol I was cheaping out!---anywho, so I am sticking with my plan... I cannot wat to be able to go bathing suit shopping and not have to stick to a one-peice mono kini, and be able to go by sexy form fitting dresses not having to wear a girdle to hide my bulge... this is exciting...

16 days and COUNTING!!!!!!!!! So excited to get this done, I am going to my Pre-Op today... I really want to know exactly how much skin he will be able to excise since I have a lot of stretchmarks and all... I am so ready to have a flat tummy... hopefully my result will be like Denell's in TX, she has had an awesome result, and her incision is so low and awesome!!!! We shall see... thanks to everyone for their support and all through this...

Requested leave from my job on April 12th...was denied for FMLA because i got hired 4/29/11 and my leave is supppsed to begin 4/26/12...i just want unpaid time off...then i got a promotion yesterday! Agggghhh! I tried to call the dr.s office but they are booked on the 30th so the 26th it is...

Soooooo.... my surgery is exactly 7 days from today! I finally got approved for leave from my job, I only plan on taking 10 days off so I hope to be back to work by May 7, --but we shall see! I also got my promotion at work, so I feel bad taking off right after I was promoted to manager, but it shouldn't be too bad I guess! I am feeling so anxious and just really hoping that my Dr. Can get at least 90% of my stretch marks... if he can go two inches above my belly button that would make me soooo happy! Anywho guys... I am just counting down still, I cannot wait to be in the flat lands with sexy mini dresses and two peice bikinis runnin the streets! Lol... So two days and counting guys... and I will be on the flat side, cannot say that I am nervous... I am really anxious to get it over with to be honest. My PS says he makes his incision lower than most...which is good, because I know that the scar lifts... I am just hoping he can get a good deal of my stretch marks... if he can go even 1 and a half inches above my belly button I will be soooo happy... I jumped the gun and bought two bikinis already... so I am just really really excited... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mom is taking some time of work to take care of my, my fiance has to work so unfortunately he wont be there the day of the surgery and he is freaking out, but I assured him i will be ok... as far as my job is concerned, as many of you may already know I got promoted to manager last week, so that has faired welll... I am hoping 10-14 days is enough so I can get back to work as soon as possible, and hopefully by that point I will be drain free---I really hope I am not doing too much by going back to work so soon, but I have a desk job, so i should be ok...Well all of my tummy tuck twins, I will update tomorrow night, and probably on the 30th once I am done, with NEW PICS of my new TUMMY soon!!! :-)

Guys I did it! I am not into too much pain...this pain pump is cool... I am draining a whole lot... I don't know if this is normal... I will post pics Saturday if I can.

I wanted to see my tummy, but they have me all bundled up like a present...it really hurts when I have to get and go to the bathroom. I feel very tight...I have eaten soup and some chipotle now I feel like I am going to burst. I am just wondering when the pain will subside and I really want to see my incision.

Still in some pain, but getting around better. My stomach feels very very tight, I still haven't had a bowel movement... :-( I am sort of irritable and hot...I don't know...this sucks...I cannot walk without bending over...I wish I could just walk normally... but I am afraid I will rip the incision open or something. He got about 80% of my stretchmarks... so I guess I will try some skin needling or something 5 months from now or so.

So here i am ...and iam feeling way better, saw my PS today... we decided to keep both of my drains in..i am putting out almost 100 CC,s daily...and I am fine with that. I SAW MY INCISION and it was awesome, Dr. Wyatt was meticulous and took care and went great lengths to ensure my incision was thin and neat, so I am pleased. I am sloely but surely falling back in love with my tummy even withthe remaining marks it looks so much better... I cannot wait until the swelling subsides... I am hoping I am ok to go to work Monday...provided I am up to it.... I told Dr. WYATT to add a profile on here today hopefully he will... other then that i am great been shopping online ...i am excited abiut what my shape will be like

Still have my drains in...itisweird when I milk the right one i feel alot of pressure...I am hoping that they are removd by Wednesday, they seem to cause the majority of my pain...I don't plan on going back to work until the 14th. I was approved for my leave finally yesterday so at least I am not risking my job. WEL I am going to go and be lazy my tummy tuck twins... :-)

Got my drains out! Thank god, next post op is next week on the 16th. That is all :-). My PS redeemed himself today my drains are out so I am less anxious, and he was actually kind of sweet in regard to some mistakes I made during my recovery... I am hoping the pain is not as bad now that the drains are out... I am supposed to return to work on the 14th so I hope it goes well and I am not walking around too much. :-)

Day 1 after my drains have been removed and I feel way better! I feel liberated. Both drain sites and my incision are still pretty sore, and that's what is contributing to the bulk of my pain that I am still having. Overall, I am pretty swollen, and am hoping that it begins to go down more as time passes.

Happy Mothers Day All!!! Its a beautiful day in Cali, I am finally about 98% straight when I walk... I am so happy with my result so far, and pleased with my shape. I am rubbing mederma on my remaining marks and I also purchased Dr. Summits whitening cream and xtreme brightener(I noticed darkening around my incision not directly on my incision)also. Neosporin, scar away silicone strips, and scar away massaging applicator and bio oil...lol...yep I am going to go to town on the incision once the PS clears me...I am updating from my phone so I cannot update with pics...but have a wonderful day everyone!

Healing well...going to my real Dr this weekend, my next follow up is the 26, my belly button is still healing...i dont knowwhy but istarted lactating...i am hopong my period comes or there is an explanation for this... I am not pregnant so we wiill see...Been back to work a week I am completely straight now...Happy Healing everyone...
