hey mate, i am from Pakistan i have same skin texture like yours , is it help you dermabrasion or not because i have keloid scars and i am planning to get this treatment, is it painful ?

Keloid means hypertrophic scars. Dermabrasion works even more for hypertrophic scars. With local anesthesia it is not at all painful.

Scars looks almost invisible in this lighting, but trust me they still there but have faded a lot.

What percentage would you rate the improvement? It looks like a big improvement.

Well, giving percentage is kinda tricky in my case. I should say that scars are not vanished but are lot flatter and as I did punch floating after that...It looked improved. So the improvement is not from dermabrasion..but from floating. I would rate 50% if I have to. Remember for deep scars dermabrasion is not going to do much. Now after series of punch floating my scars are flatter ..now deep laser gonna help me to flat things even more. I really seek more improvements.

Hello ,

Yes, a little lighter, but is is I think fur better than the ugly scars. And this lighter shade also greatly reduced over time. But I believe u have to cautious in the post healing stage.
