Ever since I was 16 and never grew breasts larger than 32A, I have started dreaming of breast augmentation. I saved through college, but decided that I should probably wait until after I was done having kids to make it worth it. I had my first child at 25, and his 9 ib 5 oz little self ruined my body. I know, they are supposed to be battle scares, but I like pre-baby body better and have mourned it since. My husband has been super sweet and totally supportive in whatever I wanted to do. I amended my request for a BA to a BA, Lift and Tummy Tuck, aka 'Mommy Makeover'. Fast forward a few years. I've had my second (and final) child and he's now 18 months. After losing the baby weight, I was finally ready to start looking for a doctor! I turn 30 on Sept 28 (ugh!) and have sheduled my surgery for October 12th. So exchided as it's been 15 years in the making!

I keep reading all the profiles of pre-op and everyone is trying to stay in the best shape they can be. Am I the only one who feels like I need to gorge because I shouldn't do it after the surgery. I can't put down the chocolate; HELP!! Halloween candy doesn't help at all!

In June, I went to Dr. Gorin for a consultation. He had the best reviews as wll as named Top Doctor several times by various magazines. The consult was good; he was nice and very straight forward telling me what I could and couldn't achieve. I appreciated his honesty. I hope his hands are magical!
