Breast Implants: Stories

Hello I'm a 25 yr old mother of 3. And I want my body back! I am 5ft 7 and 128lbs currently a very deflated A. Before children I was a Full C to a small D I was unprepared for what breast feeding 3 babies could do to your breasts :-O I decided on 450cc smooth round moderate plus saline implants through the armpit.

So today I placed my deposit for a Feb 26th date. So nervous yet so excited I have wanted this since after breast feeding my second daughter. Oh and my daughters are 6, 4 and 2. My hubby and I have been together since I was 18 he was against the idea until recently and now that he has met my doctor he is finally excited too :-D even though I'm doing this 100% for me I needed my husband in board too. The things that do make me nervous is complications of course. It took a while to save this money and I would be devastated and feel so guilty if I put our family in a financial bind. Hubby and I have talked about this A LOT and we both finally agreed this is something I need to do for myself. I just pray everything turns out okay. Also anyone purchase the extended warranty to help cover surgery costs if the implant fails? My PS office said it is a ten year warranty for $100. I'm thinking I will for sure purchase this if it seems worth it. Gotta read the fine print LOL anyways I'm so glad this website is here my hubby grounded me from showing him boobs and booby talk hahaha!

Oh and I forgot to add I will be getting the pain pump! Anyone else had one? I would like to be as comfortable as I can but I'm wondering if its worth $300??

So I'm going back and forth on the pain pump. Some things I've seen it is not worth it but other say it was. I don't know I do okay on pain and was thinking I could just save the $300 for new tops and bras?? Also I'm kinda freaking about the size!! again I'm 5 7 130lbs 29in rib cage and my breast width is pretty large at 15.5 is 450 too big?? I don't want to look like Dolly but I do want it to be worth it!! Anyways hope everyone that ha surgery recently is recovering well and love their boobies :-D 27 days YAY

21 days to go YAY!!! Getting excited but having moments of am i really doing this? And what if I hate them? Questioning the sizing arghhhh wish it was feb 27th and its already done! Made my final payment yesterday that was kinda hard lol! Have questions about when to take the Arnica and the other one starts with a B. Also they are not requesting blood work. Anyone else not get blood work done? I'm trying to make a list and get things in order early but gosh i just wish the days would go by faster :-(

Geez I wish the time would go by faster!!! I'm so not looking forward to recovery but I want to see them and get it over with hahaha I'm for sure having moments of freaking but mostly I'm just anxious! Got together all my supplies I think I need and bought a cute dress for my first real outing with my new twins. Hubby says I'm nesting and I said well ya I'm not bringing home one baby this time it's two LOL.. But it is true my house is spotless and I have 36 freezer dinners prepared for hubby and the girls. Another question I will be having surgery on a Tuesday and returning to work the following Monday does that seem like enough time? How did you ladies feel 6 days PO? I do office work but use my right arm A LOT!! Kinda worried about over using one side at work and it not wanting to drop??? Anyways rambling here hehe just can't wait!!

So it's Monday morning and my surgery is fast approaching lol Tuesday at 1pm I will get my boobies!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT I'm getting boobies :-D I'm nervous but ready for this!! WATER WATER WATER today the next time I post I will have my boobies and thank you ladies for all the support!! And I added some before sports bra shots so you can see how flat they look hahaha

So it's now Saturday night and I had my surgery Tuesday afternoon. So I guess I'll start with Tuesday morning I was STARVING lol and anxious so I got my oldest off to school picked up te rest of the house ad then we were on our way. It's about 20min drive. When we arrived my nurse was waiting to bring us back. I got in my gown got my nausea patch and all marked up. Another woman was in recovery next to me hacking up a lung after she woke up which was really kinda freaking me out haha. Anyways they put something in my IV and then we walked in and I layed down on the table. I don't remember them saying they were giving me anything it just happened. When I woke up the first thing I said was "how much did he do?" And then "where's my husband?" She told me 475cc I was shocked because we had always discussed 350-450 guess its hardly a difference between 450 and 475. And then when I see them they look kinda small lol. Anyways recovery hasn't been as bad as I thought the one thing I really hate is I couldn't do anything myself the first day my husband had to wipe and pull my pants back up :-O! Bit it's defiently getting better each day. I go back to work day after tomorrow. Oh and I have that evil Freaking strap I hate :-( :-( doc had to fight my left side I guess because my chest is very muscular!

Post op day 11 and feeling pretty good morning boob better everyday!! Been feeling pretty good since day 8! Got my steri strips off and the incisions look great and the are so tiny! Rash on stomach is getting better think it was the antibiotic. Not having hardly any pain just every once in a while. Tried side sleeping a little and I think ill give that a few more weeks. Tried on one of my old 34DD and I fit :-) happy now! Lefty is still a little behind righty dropping but still looking pretty good :-)

Sorry I haven't updated sooner but things have been busy getting back to life. So I am now two and half weeks post op and I'm feeling pretty good besides the extreme nipple sensitivity that emerged yesterday. SO SENSITIVE IT'S CRAZY!!! PS said it should pass by 2-3 months post op! That seems forever away. Also I'm kinda still concerned that lefty isn't going to look as nice as righty. Lefty has been sitting higher and slightly more painful this whole time! Doc says to give it time so I am doing the massages he has showed me to hopefully speed up dropping on that side. Other than thinking about lefty just about all day things have been pretty good. The girls look great in clothes so that's good :-D

Almost 3 weeks PO and just wondering when they will stop being so stiff! I've been massaging and I can feel them getting softer but they are still pretty stiff :-/ oh and added a new pic from tonight! :-D

So I'm 3 weeks post op now. Everything seems to be healing nicely and I am very happy so far. I don't have another appt with PS for two weeks. I'm posting a pic of my incisions and please excuse the hair it's really hard to shave and I'm honestly really nervous about it lol. Boobies are less and less sore at the end of the day and I'm sleeping better each night :-D I got cleared to pick my youngest up as long as its not hurting. It's been killing me not to pick her up!! Other than that not much new to post sensitivity is getting better too!!

Almost 4 weeks and my right feels almost a part of me now! Left still hasn't dropped and still can feel it inside of me :-( I love them but I suck at waiting and lefty not dropping down is stressing me out when massaging I can push down and feel it fill the bottom I pocket but I'm still freaking out! Going to post some new pics and a progression pic! Anyways I pretty much love them!! Lefty just better straighten up haha!

So righty has dropped and is beautiful and jiggly and I love it Lefty on the other hand is still high and hasn't seemed to freaking budge I'm so stressed thinking something might be wrong!! I do not want a revision so soon :-( anyways I guess I'll just keep massaging :-( anyone else have this happen?? I added a new pic and you can see how different they look!

So I've been a little depressed about lefty being different :-( went to my 6 week check up and he said the pocket is tight but he thinks it will stretch out but he did say sometimes they have to go in and release the bottom. I seriously cried all afternoon that is exactly why I waited so long to do this. Anyways enough poor me I'm almost positive I will have to have a pocket revision so I've just been down :-( posted some new pics! Oh and I can't even bra shop cause I can't wear them cause my left breast.
