I had 3 C-Sections with the heaviest child...

I had 3 C-Sections with the heaviest child weighing at 10 lbs when born. I am 4'10" and 120 lds... petite, so you can imagine the size of bellies I had. I had diastasis recti and my boobs, well, I had no boobs after child bearing. I realized I seriously needed a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation. I met with a couple of surgeons. My husband and I knew Dr. DeMars was the right choice the day we met with him. He first examined me. He told me things about my body that I didn't even know. I had had a hernia repair the previous year. I expressed my concerns about a reoccurrence. He immediately told me that he would fix it if that was the case. That made me feel so much better. Dr. DeMars was caring, sincere and knowledgable. He did not lead me to have false expectations and he did not try to sell me procedures I didn't need (another surgeon had told me I needed a lift, when I really didn't need it). Dr. DeMars took the time to answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed. He was very professional and so was his staff. The wait time was always great. I never had to sit there forever. And when I've called, he's called me back right away. I know I still have a little more ways to go for the final outcome, but so far I am very pleased with the results... I am loving my new body. Thank you Dr. DeMars!

Four Months Post Op Update

I have been having problems with my right breast. It is not dropping. I went in for a follow up today. Dr. told me that my right breast has developed capsular contracture. I will need a revision and I will have to be asleep for it. The incision will be reopened, the implant will be removed, the tissue will be removed from the implant and put back in trough the same incision. I was very bummed, but I do not want to stay this way. My surgeon is not charging me any fees to do the revision, however, there is a $550 fee from the anesthesiologist. I have scheduled my revision for October because the summer is not a good time for us. I will add, though, that I am still loving the way my body is looking (with the exception of the right breast) and I continue to be pleased with Dr. Demars' professionalism and care. I trust him and he again was very sincere during my visit.

I had a revision to my right breast on Oct 7th. Surgery went well. I am recovering well and am very happy with the outcome already!
