I came across this web site a year ago looking for support, reading story after story, Now that my date is near for explant I feel it important for me to share my story to add support for others. I am 45 and have had my 350CC silicone under the muscle implants for 6 years. I am scheduled for Nov. 12, 2014 for explantion, taking a risk with no lift. Dr. says I have youthful skin and I am hoping for the best but scared to death of my outcome. I have been crying for days. I have never liked these full D's but am truly afraid of what I am going to look like afterward. Can someone help me find the bras I need to purchase for post op. Dr. says preferable zip ups in the front. Also, any good advice on how to make my new little boobies heal well.. Thank you! Dawn
