Hi,

I have only had my nose done on the 1st june 2012...at the moment my nose looks massive- im scared in case it stays like this...they say its swelling, so i will take pics every month to see if there has been a change...

I have always wanted to do this and through the time is right..lets see in a month if this gets better...i will keep u posted ...

its been 2 months now...its slowly going down but still not as small i hoped...im hoping it goes down even more...

i would say if you want to get it done...do it but make sure you have a full consultation beforehand...it was difficult for me to do this as I went to poland to get it done and on my own! i would recommend to take someone with you...

but it it worth it if you really want to change something..just make sure you are precise about what it is you want done etc...

This is now 5 months post op...swelling is it...

Your 5 month post pic looks great! If the doctor had made your nose much more thinner, your face might start looking big in comparison so I think its a good result.

thats quite true too, ahh thank you i dont have any regrets just waiting for the swelling to go down..wasnt aware of how long it would take...

I think you look really good. The 2 month pic looks like the top of your tip is swollen on frontal. Is it as it looks softer at 5 months? i ask because I feel like that area is swollen on me and it seems to give a round appearance.I am 8weeks post-op.

Hi yes I think it is softer after 5 months, I am hoping that it goes a lot more as I did tell my surgeon that I wanted an extremely small nose But I think he was only able to do what he could I will wait till next month and then see how it is then By I do think it has made a difference Thanks x

Estimate I've heard: 3-6 for dorsum and 6-9 for tip but it really can take even longer for subtle changes. Really like things so far but I am with you on the slow process. That is hard on us emotionally!

to me it looks great - i can see a big difference in the width and the length, i think it looks really good

I am pretty much still recovering now,

i can still see a lot of swelling, so am just waiting for this to go down and then see what it looks like after

Yes, it is swelling. I am at 7 months post and still swell, esp in the morning (I actually like the swelling as it gives me more width). I've seen people post that they still have swelling past a year and continue to define up to 2 years. From what I can see, your nose looks great. Hoping you love the outcome!

Hi Ksammy, Unfortunately I am extremely unhappy with my results. What was done (drastic) and what was discussed beforehand (subtle), is not at all what I wanted and it was performed very poorly which becomes more obvious as swelling subsides. I regret doing this very much and can no longer breathe properly. Unfortunately, I need a revision. thanks for asking. Keep us posted on your recovery and results. I hope you're doing well. Looks good so far.
