I've wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I...

I've wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember, I had a consult several years ago with a plastic surgeon that I didn't feel particularly comfortable with and dropped the idea for a while. Now, after breastfeeding my 2nd son for nearly 2 1/2 yrs, I'm revisiting the idea based on several recommendations on a Dr in my area. I had my consult almost 2 weeks ago, pre-op scheduled Thursday, May 28th, and scheduled my surgery for June 5th, 2015. I'm also scheduled for smart lipo on my outer thighs (saddle bags) and flanks (love handles) however I'm trying to stay realistic about the results I'll get from that. I'm posting some "before" pictures of my breasts, I'll try to take full body pictures in the next week.

Getting Ready

Well, I had my pre-op appointment a couple days ago. I got all of my instructions and prescriptions and we decided on a size. Looks like I'll be going with about 350 cc Natrelle Style 20 (high profile). Honestly, before my pre-op and even after my first consultation I was set on Natrelle Style 15 (moderate plus profile), but my Dr seems to think because I'm so petite up top, that I won't get a good result from moderate plus. I'm trusting his judgement but I also know he mainly likes to use high profile anyway. I've been searching lots of reviews and before/after pics of the high profile on a small frame and I've seen a lot of good results so I guess we'll see how it goes after surgery..
Here are some of my other stats; currently wear a 32A/B, bwd 11-11.5, rib cage 28".
If I went with moderate plus profile I could only go to about 300 cc due to my small breast width, but I will hopefully be able to go to 350 with high profile, I'm just worried about the big round look of the hp.
Anyway, I went shopping today and bought a maxi dress that would be easy to step into and slip over my shoulders to go home after surgery, also got a zip front sports bra for a few days post op after I don't have to wear the compression bra 24/7. I also decided at my pre-op that I'm only going to do the smart lipo on my outer thighs, I really don't feel like I need it on my love handles, or that's an area I could probably tone up with more exercise. I'm having surgery on Friday, June 5th and plan to return to work on Monday, June 8th, so I don't want to be totally incapacitated after surgery and I think cutting back on the lipo will help my recovery, and hopefully not limit my mobility too much. I feel like I'm just rambling on but if anyone has advice or comments, I'd love to hear it!

I'm getting BOOBS tomorrow!!!

12 hours from now I should be well on my way to my new set of girls, and smaller thighs :) I am excited but super nervous, I don't know how I'm going to sleep a wink tonight! I'll try to update as well as I can throughout the process tomorrow ;) I'm not as worried about the surgery itself as I am the recovery, hoping for a smooth easy post-op.
