I'm a mother of two sons, and have been considering having a tummy tuck for about 10 years. The most uncomfortable feeling in the world is look down at my abdomen (GROSS). Stetch marks, midline incision,and loose skin everywhere. After much prayer and saving money, I have finally decided:THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!

3 more days until my tt & lipo and I have insomnia. All I am doing is thinking about my recovery time. I have 2 jobs and I've taken 2 weeks off from work. I've never taken that much time off. Hope I'm not bored.

Exercise:POD12: I walked 20 mins. this morning. Trying to get ready for work Saturday. Will try to walk this evening. Feeling good. Drinking plenty of water & eating fresh fruits &veggies.
Scar therapy started two days ago. Now using bio oil for my stretch marks. Prayerfully, the appearance will improve.

POD 16....Had sutures removed from BB today. Went to church & feeling great. Unable to eat without feeling full. Maybe that's a good thing....won't eat too much. Still taking it easy as I experience swelling throughout the day. Overall, I'm pleased with the results. Next appointment in January.

Almost 7weeks PO and doing great. Although,I did eat too much for the holidays. But I'm back on track with diet & exercise.
I'm still wearing my binder @ night & if I'm standing for long periods (hair stylist). Otherwise, I wear a CG (cupid) which works fine.
Still experience tightness after meals and exercise. Once I put my feet up, it goes away.
Continuing to use Bio-oil & shea butter for the stretch marks.....awaiting results!

11 weeks PO & feeling great! Some swelling after Zumba work outs but, not too bad. Wear my binder during work outs. Diet could be better....but my PS says that I look amazing!
Can't wait for bikini season :)
