I went to Cory for correcting the bridge of my nose which was sunken in, in 2009,he put a silicon implant in(which is usually used in asian woman)it punctured a whole and slipped downward,my nose hurt to the touch,he said is part of healing,my nose startet to go more and more to the right side. When i went back he said we just stitch the implant in,I trusted him paid him more money and he stitched it in,after 6 months my nose looked worse then before, implant moved downward again,it was just a matter of time for it to slip out and my bridge totally caved. In June i went to 4 revision rhinoplasty specialists in Beverly Hills 2 turned me down ,because of the mess Cory had created.I went to a top Dr there and he literally had to reconstruct my nose I had no cartilage left,he did a ribcraft from under my breast rib and a fachia craft from my head and literally build a scaffolding to reshape my nose, its only been since june and it was very swollen, but it looks great, all this $35,000 later and Cory did not even reembuerse a fraction of his screw up.I have filed complaint with medical board he got a slap on the wrist, that is arizona for you

he also at the same time with the nose ,he put a chin implant and i had a neck lift, you could not tell and the chin implant left an indention on the left,I have to do it all over again, when i have the money,I will go to BH,it is so worth it to do your research,He is a pompous doctor and i sat mostly 45 min. in his waiting room until i was seen, that should have been a sign.

Thanks to Dr Calvert I have a beautiful nose now
Rhinoplasty is arguably one of the most challenging things we do in cosmetic surgery and because the margin for error is so small, even the best of nasal surgeons will have patients that require revision. Three years ago, this patient presented to me having had previous nasal surgery abroad and was now asking for a bit more fullness in an already small sunken area of the upper bridge of her nose and I first suggested dermal fillers or injections. We then decided to use a small implant, which can be used in this area and a chin implant as well. A year and a half later her nasal implant had indeed shifted, as can happen with any type of implant, and she was taken back to the OR for a 1 hour procedure under IV sedation to fixate the graft. She absolutely did not pay me more money. I did not charge her, but she did pay for an outside surgery center and after only one post op visit 7 days later, she never returned and never expressed any dissatisfaction with her chin implant. As with any of my patients, I am happy to address any concerns or problems they may have, but if they don't return, then I have no way of knowing what happened, how they healed, what they need or how I can help.
