I performed a lot of research on various doctors. I viewed before and after photographs, read reviews, and checked out the websites of at least 20 different doctors in the Philadelphia area. After seeing Dr. Pontell's before and after photos I decided that he was probably the best doctor to perform my rhinoplasty. I scheduled a consultation with him as well as two other doctors within a 60 mile radius. Dr. Pontell is a busy doctor and although my fiance disagreed, I thought his demeanor during the consultation showed it. I felt somewhat rushed. However, Dr. Pontell was confident in what he could do and his photographs spoke volumes. I wanted the best doctor to perform my rhinoplasty and after all of my research and consultations I decided Dr. Pontell was the one. Dr. Pontell really showed that he cares about his work and his results are amazing. I told him exactly what I wanted and he explained exactly how he could do it. Throughout the process Dr. Pontell made himself available to me when I needed him and my initial hesitation regarding his hasty demeanor immediately subsided. He really took the time and care to explain everything, answer all of my questions and to do his job and to do it right. After I saw the results of my rhinoplasty his website domain (www.facesculptormd.com) really made sense; he is a face sculptor and an artist. I love my new nose! I love the way I feel now when I walk down the street, look in the mirror and pose for photos. I only wish I would have gone to see him sooner. Now, with confidence, I really can say that Dr. Pontell is the best. I recommend him to everyone considering having rhinoplasty.
