Hello All! I am planning to have a bbl with Dr. Salama in august. I am currently in nursing school and graduate in August (and my birthday's in august too!!) , so i am planning to have the surg the day after i graduate! Im super excited because everyone's results on here look amazing! And i cant wait for my turn.

Im scared to post my horrid pictures up here, but i will anyways.The reason i wanted a bbl is because i am 4'11,140 and all my weight goes to my midsection and my boobs. its thee worst terrible! I look like a little spongebob, lol. I just wanted to have a better shape and be proportioned! Anyways I will keep everyone posted on my journey. :-)

I have to take my state boards in sept, and that will require me to be sitting for a few hours, so i will be getting the surgery after i take my state boards. I hope they honor the original price they told, as i haven't put a down payment down yet. i'll keep my hopes up :]

OK so i am having a bbl, (duh, lol) and i am currently dating a guy that i really care about. My question to you ladies is how do i tell him i am having this surgery done? he will CERTAINLY notice that i look much different. He really into fitness (he's a football player) and also ask me to work out w him, but i always say no( i need this fat! lol).
Do you ladies have any advice as to what i should do, if i should tell him that i am having this procedure or tell a little white lie, lol. what have you ladies done that was in this same situation.
ALSO--- what do i need to bring with me when i come? clothes, food, supplements? any suggestions are greatly appreciated. My date is coming soon, so I'm trying to get things in order! THANKS LADIES :]

Okay ladies, so i've decided to add my chin because it is horrible. i called and nancy said it would be an additional $250. She also explained the $165 insurance fee. I am definitely going to purchase it! just in case! you can never be too safe. i also received my package 2 days ago. i made an appt for a physical, but i think its too early so i have to call nancy tomorrow and double check with her. Im getting anxious and can't wait to get this surgery over and done with. I'm not scared of the surgery, just scared of the recovery :(
anyways i need to get on the ball. I need to book a hotel and my flight. My friend is also coming along with me and we decided we would just rent a car since i read so many complainants about Mr. Larry being late.

So my surgery date is quickly approaching and I still havent booked my flight or hotel. are there any ladies that will are scheduled the week of the 15th? if so we should meet up, i think that would be great. also ladies what items do you guys find i need to bring. please let me know.

Hey ladies! So my bbl is in four days.. on tues the 16th. im happy everything is paid for. My friend was scheduled for Sept and they was able to fit her in for april 18th so im happy about that! We have our flights and hotel booked. It starting to really feel like reality. Dr. Salama will work his magic on this tragic body of mines. I hope he can achieve what i want ( small waist, NO LOVE HANDLES, and nice bubble butt) and my chin fat sucked away! (yuck) My main concern is the love handles they are the absolute worse! Anyways if there are any ladies that are having surgery that week and would liek to meet up please let me know.

LADIES!!!!! so its been 13 days since my surgery and im feeling great!
so.. on the day of the surgery i was the first patient that Dr. Salama saw that day. He did the usual talk about what i wanted and the pros and cons of the surgery. When it came to explaining to him what i wanted, i didnt show him any pics, but just asked him to please remove my love handles and gut. i was supposed to get my chin done too, but he said it wasnt really worth it and that he would refund me my money back. Next i went back to the or and the procedure started! When I woke up i was in recovery and i was shivering because it was cold. I felt a little nauseas and the nurse gave me some ice water and i was fine. She helped me sit in a wheel chair and my friend took me back to the hotel. I slept for about 1 hour then i was up to walk,eat, pee and have my drains changed. after about the third time i was able to do all of the above on my own. I didnt really feel like i was in pain, but just extremely sore like i worked out really hard! My friend was surprised that I bounced back soo fast. She was like, wow, its like you didnt have surgery a few hours ago! I tried to keep a positive attitude because this surgery to me is mental... meaning if you act like your hurting and you act like you feel bad.. you will. So i tried to be as independent as I could be, until i absolutely needed help (showering and removing my garment and foams i needed help with) Every day i walked for at the very least 30 minutes. On my 6th day post op i walked a little over 3 miles on the beach. Walking felt soo good because I didnt feel stiff once i started walking. I felt like the longer I layed down, then the more stiff i would be. so ladies try to walk as much as possible.
When it was time for massages i had Eileen. Omg, she is the BUSINESS!!!!! I had a lot of fluid buildup in my lower back, and she got everything out! She is kind, patient and takes her time with you. I felt like she was very knowledgeable and just really knows how to massage well. if you can please have them schedule your massage with her, you'll thank me later ;)
Next thing i wanna talk about is the office staff. Everyone there is incredibly sweet, Nomie, Nancy, Cynthia.. everyone. i really like the staff. Dr. Salama is a very nice guy too, very warm and funny. when he saw me he said "omg, you have a square butt! lol" we couldnt help but laugh it was so funny how he said it. But thanks to him i no longer have that square butt!
overall i am very happy with my results, and experience and im very happy that i chose Dr. Salama. I love my new body, my clothes feel sooo much better and my waist is tiny and im still swollen!

before i left i ordered a squeem vest in a size medium, but its way too big, so i have to exchange it for a small and i can start wearing it along with the board and foams.
