34 female. 5'4" 119 pounds I've always been petite. I exercise 3-4 times per week. And I eat pretty healthy. Still there some areas that I wanted to improve.
I've always had problems finding pants that fit properly, either they were to loose in my butt or to tight in my love handles ( ill post some prep op pictures)
Was referred by a patient who said that this Doctor is the best, she is a very nice but picky patient, so I made an appt.
Nov 13 : first appt, everyone very nice and all the staff seem to had some type of surgery done, they all have awesome bodies. Had consult, very brief, but everything was explained very well. They tell me next available appt is at the end of January, but they'll let me know in case of cancelation. Put 500 dollars down to save price
Total price including the girdle, special foam, and 10 lymphatic massages : 5,080.00

On Nov 20th they call me to let me know there was a cancelation for nov 29th. I was originally shedule for January 31. Nov 29th : the date finally arrived!!!!.. Very excited, not nervous at all. They gave me some meds, 2 shots and the procedure started. I did not feel anything .....I remember some times the Dr told to change positions, I felt some mild pressure. Overall procedure was not painfull at all. They gave ibuprofen an antibiotic and Vicodin. Spend the remaining of the day pretty much sleeping. I did not tell anyone about procedure,not because I am embarrassed to say it, but because most of my friends and family always talked about how I seem very obsess about what I eat and exercise and this was going to open some mayor conversation. Only my husband , sister, sister in law and of course my mom new.

So today is my first day post op: pain wise I am pretty comfortable, ibuprofen works perfectly. I am draining a little bit from the surgical incisions, saw Doctor and he seems very please with results so far. I saw how I look and I must said I am extremely happy. My Dr. Told me I was going to be swollen for while, which I am , but already I see a big change!!!!!.
Had my first lymphatic massage, that was interesting ,they massaged areas so hard until wounds drained and a lot of it came out.. It was pretty gross, but so far everything is been worth it!!!!
They put some special foam to wear inside my girdle. The only inconvenient so far is that I keep draining, So I am walking around full of. Blood stains, but I expected that

So day 3 starts pretty good. Was able to take long shower. Went for second lymphatic massage ( that was fun .... Not!), was told I need to drink more water, since only one of the incision was draining and the rest felt tight. Thinking about stoping ibuprofen since I been feeling pretty good.... So far vy worth it!!!!

End of day 3: had to wash my CG again, to much stuff still coming out, put it in the dryer and even though was in delicate I guess it got smaller.... OMG!!!!, my husband and I had a blast trying to put it back on..we did it, but after all the pressure, I started bleeding again....no pain at all... But back to the same messy CG :(
While CG was in washer, I tried some jeans.... No more muffin top!!!!!!.... So happy with results!!!!! .... Totally worth it :)

So today it's been a week since procedure. Pain is pretty much gone, there is some tenderness and discomfort, but there is not really the need for pain meds ( only while having one of those F@&x-that hurts like s@&!!!-lymphatic massage!!!!).
Things that I've learn so far: water it's a most!!!! ... To avoid water retention. Lymphatic massages also a most!!!!... Even though they are very painful, having them before the incisions close, allows a lot of the liquid to drain, and I think the discomfort goes away quicker. Also you shrink so quick!!!! Right after surgery I was using a S CG.... Today I was instructed to buy the XS!!!!... So happy so far...super worth it!!!

Hi Pachy, I am also a patient at Evolution. Today is my 1 week post-op and I feel great. You look great and I hope you have continued to heal well. I want to ask you a question. I did my abs, back and flanks with bbl. I have to go back to do my inner thighs and arms. I am a bit freaked about the inner thighs. I noticed you mentioned you did yours. What was that like? Was the pain worse than in the torso and what about the massages on the thighs? Any feedback would help greatly. Thanks in advance!

Hey Pachy! You look GREAT!! We seem to be about the same size (porportion wise) but we carry our fat in different places UGGH.. but its nice to see results from someone who is close to my size!! I understand what you mean about not telling anyone.. when I get mine done only my mom, boyfriend, 1 cousin and MAYBE my sister will know.. my sister tends to have a loud mouth and I dont want this little procedure spreading all around town.. lol.. anyways, you look AWESOME!! Keep updating!! :)

You look awesome!! So I was wondering how the lymphatic massages went...I had one done at 2 weeks Post-Op and it hurt like hell...I was near tears!

So far very painfull... But I was able to see a lot of blood/fat/liquid coming out from incisions so that was pretty nice :)

Okay I'm glad that I wasn't the only one who felt like the massages hurt alot!! Hmmm i guess I'll schedule another one and give it a try... =)

GREAT for u...ur results thus far are very impressive..u look great...u must be thrilled..welcome to the healing part...just remember PATIENCE is the hardest part....Best of luck to u and do keep us posted...
