Well Gang, my date is May 16, 2012. I currently work in entertainment etc. I lost a total of 57 pounds. I run, workout, lift weights, spin etc. I take Vitamin C, Mega womens vitamns etc. U name it I do it. I couldn't seem to figure out why I can't loose this tummy! It's skin! the Doc. told me so here I am. Ill fill u in as I go along! Ok!! My pre op is schedule for May 7, 2012. My payments are almost down to a 0 balance. I still owe 1, 350.00 which I should have down by April 30. I was told by my PS office to purchase a bikini so that my Dr. will know where to make my incision. This is should be interesting . I've never worn a bikini because of my tummy!!! Well my PS office just called me and schedule my massages prior to surgery. She told me the massages will help me to drain the fluids better. I was thinking Boy! we are a month out and they are on it!! Then she says Yes! this is a BIG Surgery! I'm like thanks for making me even more nervous!

Well, I just purchased my recliner, My TT and lipo is paid in full and my last day of work is May 10, 2012. However, I go for my medical clearance on tommorrow. My preop is next Monday at 3:30pm and my PS is giving me a lymphatic massage. I feel as if i have so much to get done before May 16, 2012. I can't believe its May already! Now, I just need to do some basic cleaning and wait for rent a center to drop off my chair on thursday. My recliner cost me $28.50 for two weeks and for the month it'll be $50.00! So, I think thats pretty good!

Hi Ladies,

Today went welll, I went for my medical clearance. I thought it was so nice that my doctor said she would give me a call after my TT to check on me. So, this weekend will consist of cleaning, re doing my bathroom. I'm not quite sure what to do with my hair. I have one more business trip. I think I'm going to wear a natural that way I don't have to worry about any thing at least for a month while I'm healing!! I'm still nervous!! Monday, is my preop and lymphatic massage. Then, thursday my blood work. Rent a center will be delivering my chair on tommorrow. I also bought extra pillows!! I'm nor sure what for! lol

Hey ladies, I had my pre op today it went really well thus far. The massage was AMAZING!! OMG!! I could have feel asleep. The nurse gave me all of my meds etc. and prescriptions etc. I have to start taking my Bromelian 3 times a day starting on next monday! I was so surprised that the nurse gave me her personal cell phone number she told me to call her if I needed her at any time. I thought that was nice. She also insured me that the PS would make my tummy and lipo tight and safe as possible. I also have to buy a bikini or low panties for the incision line. etc. They switched my TT time to 12:00pm.

I will mention I just had a horriable experience with Rent a Center!!! ARGHHH Put it like this I'll be dealing only with the district manager.

Post op day 1I finally made it to the flat side. My surgery started late because my PS is very meticulus. Which is very good! The surgery took at east 5 and half hours. The PS told me he took 25 pounds of skin of off me! Wow!!! I stayed over night at the surgery center which I'm glad of. I have 3 drains in. I do have some brusing (bummer) Other than that I'm doing well.. I'm still moving slow! Pics to come

My yesterday the nurse and my doctor called to see how I was doing. So far I'm ok! I'm in a little pain I'm still on percasets. It's hard for me to be excited about the flat side because of the swelling! My behind s swollon like crazy! I will say the recliner has been my best friend. I have to have 2 pillows on my back tho! I'm still waitin on my BM tho! I've had quite a few visitors! I'm draining about 50-75 ccs per day!

Well I'm on Day 5 Post op: I still have 3 drains in. Only one is draining 25 CC's.They don't hurtThey are just annoying.The lipo hurts the most in the lower back area. I do get tired quickly! I'm still taking pain pills cuz after a while my incision starts to hurt! My first post op appointment is tommorrow at 1:00pm!! I'll keep u posted!!

Hey Gang, I've been meaning to check in! But OMG! U won't believe what happen my drains were not draining. So, we assumed they were done. When i returned home from my post op! I started building up fluid that had not drained and it wasnt seroma! I couldn't sleep all night I called the nurse and she told me come back in the next am. I arrived the surgery center. The replaced the drains and added another drain. I have a total of four drains in now . So, my PS also drained fluid from hips as well. They also switched my pain medicine from precasets to vicadine (Thank God) an gave me binder that is sooooo much better. I have a binder that covers my thighs up to my tummy. I'm walking up straight and slow but moving. Appetite is fine. I still have lower back and side pain. I can Also see a flat tummy.!!!

Hey! What a whirlwind! I had to be admitted to the hospital for a infection. I'm so thankful for my PS and his staff! They came to see me everyday in the hospital they also send me text messages checking up on me!! My belly button is starting to get a little smaller I'm still oosing out of my incision area. I'm a little nervous about that. I've been back and forth to the PS office 3 times per week. I have been driving. But I loose energy quickly! The funny thing is that I can feel my stomach tightening and I'm starting to itch Yikes!! My binder is my best friend!!!

Hey Gang! It's june 24, I'm feeling pretty good! I see and like the results that I see thus far. i'm still not completly flat because of the swelling i can see the difference in my clothes. I've started walking a doing light weights!!! I've been at my PS office every week for follow up.They are wonderful!! I just bought a spanx yesterday. The massages have been heavenly! So far my results are going ok! Just the swelling is such a pain! I think the swelling is pulling my incision open! Bummer! I go to my PS on tommorrow for my massage etc. Its pretty much where the swelling is is the problem! I will say this healing process has been a pain. I do love my results. Thus far, everyone has been asking "HAVE U LOST WEIGHT"? LOLOL! I'll take pics and post next week. By the way, now looking that my tummy is flat now my thighs look HUGE!!!!! My clothes size is about 12/14 as of now! I'm still sleeping in my binder Its my best friend!

Hey Gang,

I'm 10 weeks! I will say I'm very happy thus far. I'm still swollen and have to use my garment most of the time. I still get a little tired after a amount of activity. I started back to working out which has been GREAT! I have to wear something around my torso cuz I feel jiggling! My PS told me that I have a ways to go for my final results. I go once a week to get massages. The swelling is mostly underneath my belly button and around my belly button. I will say the most frustrating thing is clothes because I'm not t my final results but I need clothes to travel and look presentable! So, I;ve been buying pieces! By the way, I LOVE MY PS and his STAFF!!

Thus far, I'm doing well! I LOVE my results! I I'm back to running 3-4 times per week and exercising. My diet is very good. I still have a numbness underneath my belly button and sometimes around my belly button. Sometimes, my tummy feels tight after standing periods of time. My PS told me that was normal! My size has decreased from a 16 to 12 I'm in my 3 month period. My PS also told I should be at my final results with in 6 months. I'm trying not to buy new clothes! Ha! I bought a few and I had to take them back the following week because I'm shrinking! Thank God! Now everything else looks bigger like my butt, breast and thighs! Oh well! I'm very happy with my results I'm very glad I did this and it was the best decision I've made thus far besides my BMW! lololololol I'll post new pics soon! I must admit I really do love my results thus far. My PS told me that it could take up to a year to see the complete results and to heal. I'm totally fine with that. I'm down 16.4 pounds. I did go back to Weight Watchers just to keep a handle on my weight and eating. I'm back to running! The most annoying factor is that I'm still in my garment. I have to wear a full body garment every day or else I feel like my insides are going to come up. I had a hard sneeze the other day and I thought I had ripped the whole incision. My life has changed totally I have more self confidence about my self and I'm loving my new size. I was never looking to be RAIL thin because I've always been a some what of a think girl.

I made my 6 month mark as of Nov. 16, 2012. I must say that I still love my results. My PS told me it could take up to a year to see my final results! I've had to buy a whole new wardrobe which can be pricey! I still have numbness and swelling underneath my belly button. I still wear my garment I'm not sure if I'm suppose too but I feel more comfortable with it on. I also bout a undergarment from JCPennys called flexees I really do like it. Its made by Maiden Form. My lower adomen is still a little weak. Meaning I can't do sit ups! I don't feel bad about that!! lolol

Hey, I'm 7 1/2 months! I'm still in love with my results! This was the best decision I've ever made. I'm pretty much back to normal! Believe it or not I'm still wearing my CG and a shaper! During my workouts I wear a corsette. Only because I still have numbness and little bit of swelling left. The numbness is more of a pain in the neck! I'm back to full workouts and a healthy eating lifestyle I love the new clothes I now buy! It's almost like a need a new wardrobe! Which can be a bit pricey! My best advice to any one who wants to have this precedure would be the recliner chair was my best friend also, wait on buying new clothes!

Hey Gang,

I can't believe its been one year later! I really do LOVE my results! I get compliments all the time! My dress size has went down from a Size 14-10. Size 12 Jean from Delias and I can actually wear clothes from Cache, Bebe and BCBG. I'm so amped! I'm still a little numb underneath my belly button and have a little swelling around the new belly button. Off course no one can tell! Now, I if I can just ween myself of off wearing my garment.!! I don't work out in it! but I do tend to wear it everyday! I will say this the best decision I've made. It was quite costly but well worth it!

your looking great, thanks for the pics they have given me hope. I'm going on 3mths and still have swelling,numbness and this damn vibrating feeling in my tummy. but happy that atleast I'm semi flat,lol. I guess I've got a long way more to go. keep it up you look great.

lololol! Girl @jizfiya your going to be just fine! Its a long process! Girl think about the body con dresses you will be wearing. I'v bought 3 already. I'm still wearing my body shaper and I have numbness. I like your results My Ps told me that it could take up to a year to heal!

Yes girl!! You look good! You will def be two piecing it this summer on the beach!!! Yes, i recently got a tattoo abt 3 weeks ago on my scar line it looks awesome. really wanted to show everyone but i dnt want to expose my identity to people in my town! only told family abt my procedure! lol! may put it up for just one day then remove it.
