After reading reviews and speaking to someone who had recently got the procedure done, I decided to seek a consultation with Dr. Gartner. The visit was a positive one- the staff was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and I felt no pressure- very straightforward. At age 44, I made the decision to do the surgery and have no regrets thus far. I opted to stay awake for my breast augmentation procedure. From beginning to end I felt comfortable and knew I was in safe hands. Dr. Gartner walked me through the whole thing. I basically felt pulling and tugging during the procedure; and the first two days were the worst. But, within the first week, I was back at work. Almost 7-month post op and all is well. I love my new look and so glad I chose Dr. Gartner to perform my surgery. It's such a natural look.
