You look great and so natural. I hope I end up with similar results! Right now I'm stressing at one side not dropping.
I wouldn't stress too much, massage accordingly and in time they'll heal. My breasts are even but apparently my nipples have always been a bit uneven or lopsided. I was told from the start, they'll always look that way. I never really noticed until the surgeon pointed it out at a consultation. Anyway, you should be fine. It's exciting and the results really complete my confidence. Best wishes and post pics afterward!
You look so great! My breasts are almost the same type of uneven (one nipple up, one down). I had to look really hard to see what you were saying was uneven about yours! This makes me excited that mine won't be noticeable over time too!
Thank you. Not for nothing, whose really gonna notice other than you anyway ;)
Look great!!
Beautiful results!
Such beautiful results! What size in bra are you now?

You look fantastic! Perfect size
I really don't think your boobs looked bad before. Hope you like your 'after' once the implants have fully settled.
It's great seeing the progress of them dropping! I think they are perfect!!!
Wow that last picture you posted, they look beautiful!
Thanks!
I think that you do look very natural! I'm going with 450cc HP silicone and under! Yay!

Day 7 and feeling really great. They look the same as day 1 post op and every day thereafter (in pics anyway) but I see subtle changes in my profile. I feel a lot less tight and the heating pad is my new best friend. Initially I had to use it for my shoulders the first few days following surgery since I inadvertently walked around like Shrek. But last night I subtly layed it across my chest for about 30 min or so and it helped the soreness near my armpits a bit too. Hoping they continue to drop and fill in. Very happy for now..

I'm planning to do a local as well... we shall see how it goes! Glad to hear you were able to get through it though! Glad you are doing well!
My BA surgery is in a little less than 2 weeks. I chose IV sedation. I'm sure that as you continue to heal they will drop and only get even better.
