Turning 30 this year and getting married the next. My breasts had lost some of their perkiness, were starting to slightly sag, and had lost of some of the fullness at top. I wasn't able to go bra-less, which was limiting my wardrobe, and I wasn't feeling as confident naked so I decided to go for the breast augmentation to fix it.

Dr. Gartner was extremely professional, informative, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the procedure and surgery. After going to my first consultation and meeting him and the staff I knew this was going to be the plastic surgeon I was going to go with. Additionally, one of my girlfriends had used him for a breast augmentation that had turned out beautifully, so along with the fact that he was such a veteran in his field, I had also known someone who had used him with good results.
