Upper, Lower Abs, Love Handles & Bra Line... Overland Park, KS 6/22/2012

Well, it's been 7 months since my Smart Lipo. Went for for 3rd follow up this week. I lost 10lbs, the day of the procedure and have went about 3lbs each way. Pretty normal. Not as happy with my tummy as I thought, a little uneven and seems down Low, low is off somewhat, it looks bigger. So, he agreed that I should have a touch up. Having it done on Feb.. 16th. He took a lot off, and some was left behind. Looking forward too it!!!!! No back, or love handles this time around. Umm, maybe I'll ask him to take a little on the sides. How is everyone else doing, who had Smart Lipo around the time I did. Wish me Luck....

Well, it was 1 month on Friday.. I'm happy with my result this far, still some swelling. As the numbness has gone away in stages, those areas are little sore, with some lumps. I've been using a hand held massager to get them down. Cutting back on wearing my garment all the time. This week I'm not going to wear it to work and put it on when I get home and while I sleep. It's a slow process, but for us girls, who have had babies, eat right and exercise with no results, this is what the doctor called for. 10 to 12 pounds gone, I feel healthier. Jamaica in 24 days!!!!!

Day 10... It's been rough, maybe not the exact wording it's uncomforable. The compression garment is getting easier to put on and is loosing up some what. Some sore places. The thing that bothers me the most is the middle of my back & shoulders. I think it's just tension. Had my 3rd Zerona treatment today, it is tighting and taking away some swelling I think. Waiting for everything to balance out. And oh, I forgot to ask.. The nurses ask if I had started to itch yet? Did anyone itch like crazy, guess it is the next step after the numbness starts going away? A little bloated in my tummy today, my back is not smooth yet. Still, glad I did it.
