So I am 39 years old. I am a mother of 4. My daughter is 20, my son, 19, my daughter 7 and my son 4 years old. I am also a grandmother of a 7 month old. My husband was wounded in 2009 in the line of duty. In the past 3 years I have been focusing on his health and being his caregiver and I have completely pushed my health to the side. Lately I have been exercising but not getting very good results because of my kangaroo pouch and my heavy breasts. I lose motivation and give up. I eat healthy and am otherwise very healthy. I just decided to get myself where I want to be. So I visited Dr Soto and loved him and his staff. I felt very at ease and comfortable with the process and I scheduled the surgery for Nov 29th. I am so excited.. I watch youtube videos all the time of women who have had the procedure done. My daughter will be here Sunday and I am going to have her take some pictures so I can post some before pictures. Also my measurements. My pre-op is Nov 13th, so I will post more about that visit.

Omg. I'm so nervous. At hotel close to clinic. 3 hours til check in. So nervous. About to take a Xanax. So excited though. I can't wait. I have my mommy here to help out since I am the main caregiver for my disabled husband. My aunt is also coming over tomorrow when I head home to help as well. She worked at a PS office before so I'm thankful. I'll update in a few days but I'm staying overnight at clinic tonight. I'm so happy I choose Dr Soto they have been amazing so far. Kisses everyone and see you later on the skinny side.

Feeling good. Had my last drain removed yesterday. Having a hard time if I sit in a normal position with swelling. So I mostly sit in the recliner. Activity levels are good. Just trying to not overdue it again.

I am so happy with my results so far.. I think Dr Soto is amazing. Each time I shower and take my CG off, I am shocked each time by the results I see.. I am so happy.. I'll post my newest pictures as soon as I am on my laptop.

Congrats in getting the drain out!!! I had mine for 1 week and 2 weeks. I was so happy to get them out!! I found that's when my swelling got bad. Have you found that? You look great!!!

Going in morning for post op visit. Today tried to stop pain meds. Lol. Not good idea. See some of bruising today. I'm back on track with meds and feel better. I was feeling too compressed and couldn't breathe. But got back on track with my muscle relaxer and pain meds and feel much better. Excited to see Dr Soto in morning.

Best tips I've used so far. Airline neck pillow so when your sleeping at a v position your neck doesn't droop. Also sitting backwards to pee. Maxi pads to place on-top of dressings extra padding and less stickiness. Cough drops to keep mouth moist.

Good. Staying on top of meds. Feel flushed sometimes. But it is all worth it.
