It's done
Well I had my surgery on Friday, it's Sunday now and I am absolutely miserable! So far the outcomes look great and I love the face that I actually don't have love handles, like any! They are gone!
I chose to go at this narcotic free because I don't handle narcotics very well (I don't recommend doing this). The worst part of this process is the pressure that the garment applies, it hurts to even breathe because of the pressure the garment puts on my ribs, also constantly lying on your stomach is killer on your spine. Although I love the outcomes (except for my outer thighs) if I knew then what I know now.....

I have an abdominal binder then another garment that goes from my knees to just under my breasts. I don't know if there is a special name for the bigger one but it looks like you can buy them at stores
A little frustrated today, i dont know if i am swelling up but i feel like my love handles are back. There is like handful to grab. It is almost like fat from butt moved up. I can live with it but i am worried if that much fat is still there than there must be plenty of cells left and the fat will come back. Is this normal? I feel like my progress is going backward. Any advice from people that had a butt lift or simply lipo?
Are you using your foams and board? My doc suggested if this happens when putting on your cg have someone lift your flanks and place the foams over that area.

Getting close
Three weeks away! Can anyone give me some tips, how much drainage should I expect? Do I need to plan on lying on towels for a while so I don't get my bed dirty? How long till I will be able to take an actual shower? Any more advice?

I'm just like MissRT I had my first consult with Soto too but after a year of researching and just asking people prior to knowing about RS, I came across Salama. I chose Salama over Soto because of the experience. And if you do the math what you are paying Soto is Salama current price plus a hotel for two weeks. I have my sx 8/26/13!

Tried it once . Okay but in order to work u got to get few treatments n exercise n diet , might get the package from soto after I past 3 month from bbl recovery .

Less than one week and only two days if work stand between me and my "vacation". Excited and super nervous. Anyone have problems with infections or blood clots post op? That's what I am most worried about! I will post after photos as soon as I feel like the swelling isn't too bad. Super nervous! Pleas help calm me down
Walk walk walk . Every 2 hours . 10 minutes , drink lots of liquids n eat well . Elevate your feet too ,
How have you been elevating your feet while lying on your stomach? I have been walking so much because I am at very high risk of blood clots, i even have to take lovenox
