I had a brazilian butt lift on 11/12/09 and the results are fabulous.

Don't gget me wrong, the pain was INTENSE the first 24 hours but afterwards, I was able to move slowly. The results were immediate and well worth the pain.

I recently had a baby 4 months ago and my "baby pouch" never went away and my butt was droopy but big. The liposuction removed the abdominal fat and was placed in my buttocks!

Amazing!!!! again, well worth the 24 hour pain and the doctor is soooooo blessed!!! His "work" is amazing!

My Doctor: Armando Soto, MD

My rating:

The doctor saw me 2 times before my surgery, spent time answering every question I had and even after the surgery, I had to call him because of my intolerance to the pain medication and he answered every call PERSONALLY, even at midnight!!

My dr's # is 407-218-4550. HE is an excellent dr. He took ALL my stomach fat, from my thighs and my love handles and placed it in my butt! I look fabulous! I take my after photos on 12/29/09 and I will be posting the before and after pics but from the recovery room table you could see the difference immediately........he is great. Make an appt and tell him I referred you,you can also talk to sarah from his office, she had the procedure done to by him...

hi! I have no problem posting publicly, thats how happy i am with my results. I am going back in 2 weeks for pics. I still have a little belly swelling and I have to get laser treatment for my scars which are super little but dr soto wants them out! so as soon as I get pics, they will be posted. Happy New year

hey! i am really surprised after having your baby you got great results with just lipo of the abs, my ps took one look at my belly and went "HUH-UH! For that belly you need a tummy tuck" lol. and I did which caused the sides to muffin top over the top of my panties....Now I am seriously in need of lipo of my new "hunks of cheese" and have always wanted my rear shaped better. killing two birds with 2 stones? seems like the best thing to do im glad you are satisfied with your results! I hope this summer before returning to the DR for some summer fun, I have my proceure and am as happy as you!!

Hi. When the dr did your tummytuck, didn't the dr lipo area to? Whowas your dr that did tummytuck? I thought when you have tummytuck, stomach is left flat,&yes I think you're makijng good choice doing lipo with buttlift,I'm havng it done soon myself.

HEY think that comment was for me, but it really doesnt look like it!! I was really angry and frustrated @ first, because before any procedure, I study other people's surgeries and results, and when I saw that I muffin topped on the right side, and the other side was smooth but still puffed out, I thought, no way, they tried to make the sides look even, but they should have made them even but CONCAVE not convex! Thats what we women want, an hour glass figure. So.... now I have to get this lipo done but I'm adding Brazilian Lift to it but thankfully, at a discounted rate, but even though I complain about the past results, they're not going to fix me for free. But if they get this wrong, please believe.... I'm goin' off!

It doesnt really look like he lipo'd, that is :-)

Dr Soto loved my fat! I thought I would need a tummy tuck too but he did lipo on my stomach, thighs and back and the results are great! Everybody has told me how good I look and it really shows right away! Go see Dr Soto if you can. I promise you you will be the star of the beach in DR this summer!!!!!!!! I know I will be on my cruise!!

How long would I have to stay in Florida if Im from another state. Im coming by myself & would like to come in the spring. Its between Dr. Soto & 1 other doctor in Florida since Ive heard so much good things about them both. Please help.

try hard not to come alone! the first 24 hours is brutal. Atleast for me. I could not tolerate the pain meds right away and I was in a lot of pain. Walking is sooo painful and so is laying down. You cannot sit for about 1 month. You should come with someone who can help you in the shower, stand up and even walk. I went back to work after 2 weeks but it was very hard, especially since you cant sit.......if you can stay and recoup for about 3 weeks thats good.........

Hi there, does it sound feasible to stay there for two weeks? After two weeks, do you think I could get away with flying back home (someone will be with me) or is it unadvisable to sit for the flight (2-3 hour flight for me). Should I literally not sit for 3 straight weeks? If so, how did you handle going back to work in your 3rd week? Thanks so much! flatty2fatty
lfrancis414 (unregistered guest) 12 Apr 2010
hi! I returned to work in 2 weeks but i wish I would have stayed home more time. Two weeks after the procedure, I did not have pain, I was uncomfortable. I had to wear the girdle which is super tight, and you are still sore and uncomfortable. U CANNOT sit after just 2 weeks, I was able to sit in 6 weeks and thats bc the doctor said I could. I tried to sneak a seat, and it hurt!!! You also have to remember that it takes about 4 to 6 weeks for the fat in your butt to harvest, so if u sit too early, it smashes the butt and you lose roundness and firmness. You can try a baby feeder, the round cushion women use to nurse newborns after c sections, but you cannot sit, especially for 2 to 3 hrs straight!! I used the cushion at work and I had a armless chair, where I sat backwards so my butt hung off the chair....it was difficult but its worth it now.........

Hi there, this info. really helps!! I'm trying to line my ducks up so that I can be ready for this....it's a huge investment of time and money, but it would be so worth it for me!!! How did you get to and from work? I'm more thinking of the people in my life I take care of....I can definitely get a way with not sitting at all for two weeks..I would plan on being out of work for the whole month by the sounds of it to be on the safe side. By the 3rd week, I would just need to be able to get in my car for a total of about 10 minutes 1-2 times a week (quick errands)....I definitely don't want to lose out on having really good results....

Thanks! I go in as the first patient today @ 530pm! We went early thinking it was this morning, but... I also faced adversity from a friend cancelling on mr late last night, but we're not going to let that person steal my happiness today! Good luck to all those who are here for the same reasons as I, to give support and advice! I will post separately when I am out and feeling well enough to post. Thanks lfrancis again for showing concern! How was the recovery ride? I am reading up last min on what ro really expect a lil nervous, but this is not as invasive as my tummy tuck, so I'm going to calm down some :-).
lfrancis414 (unregistered guest) 7 Jun 2010
girl, it is so invasive..... the ride home for me was dizzy and sick!!! good luck!! keep me posted

lfrancis414 (unregistered guest) 4 Jul 2010
I weighed 183 lbs before the surgery and then i weighed 173 lbs after the surgery, and i have maintained that weight since. i dont have a before pic, dr soto has it but i will email you a pic of the after shot, which we just took about 2 weeks ago on vacation. Believe me the before shot was horrible!!!
