“Tomorrow is the big day! - Oregon”
Spent: $0 in Oregon
I've always been a B-cup, but after 3 kids I am now a saggy DD+1/2 cup. I weigh 129 lbs, and am 5' 7" tall at age 35. My breasts hurt, my back hurts, I wear 2 bras often, and as a runner I am often in tears. It is time for me to return to the B cup that my body is meant to have (proportional), and run on the beach pain free. After several consults with several surgeons I was finally approved by my insurance to have the surgery covered (except for my $3,500 out of pocket annual deductible). I'm very excited, and very nervous.

Surgery is tomorrow at 1pm - I had my pre-op appt yesterday. I am SO excited... I feel like crying with Joy whenever I think about it. I asked the surgeon if he would let the nurse take photos of the actual surgery with my camera for me, and he said yes! I wonder If I will be allowed to post them on this site :)

Today is day 3 post-op. I showered yesterday, I took a look warm, quick shower because I was nervous. It was hard to reach my hair. I tried to shave my legs but gave up. After I got out I dried off and was exhausted. I couldn't reach my hair to blow dry it, so I just brushed it, and crawled into bed. I stared at my boobs for awhile in the mirror then re-applied the uncomfortable compression sports bra. Today I hope to only have ibuprofen (Since the Vicodin are making me itchy and constipated)... It feels like someone is standing on my chest with cleats, but I am SUPER SUPER happy!
