I had a 2pm appointment for a consultation with the Andreasen office for explantation of 42 year old silicone breast implants. I arrived at 1:50 to complete paper work. After waiting 45 minutes I inquired at the reception desk, and was told the doctor was with a patient but would see me soon. I waited another 45 minutes, without being seen, then left. I received no phone call, no apology regarding the extended wait and the failure to consult, no offer to re-appoint. However, the following week I received an email from the Andreasen office announcing a promotion on a breast implant procedure. I was insulted and totally disgusted.
