27 Years ('85) Mother of three
8yrs (2004)
2yrs (2009)
6months 5/15/12 (2011)

I am 5'7 & 112-114LBS
STATS (as of 5/15/12):
Under breast 29
Waist 26.5
Belly 29.5
Hips 33.5

Looking for:
FULLNESS on top of breasts.
Right and left Inverted nipple fixed (even a piercer could not help in that department :-(

As of now,I wear a 34 D in VS Bra and probably more a 32. ( I wear it on last notch and honestly, have not bought any new bras since after having my last child)

Other than being active with my kiddos my daily activities include weight lifting and sports training.

Ever since after my third child back in November 2011 I have been serious into working out and eating healthy. I also have been into bodybuilding for almost three months now and figured to get the Ta Ta's now in the beginning other than later to slow my progress down. I am still looking forward around the 420-450cc range. This size will definitely be brought up with my new hobbies when I go to my consultation on June 8th 2012.

Supplements for stubborn fat were stopped May 3rd. Still consume my daily Women Vitamin and Fish Oil.

Little about the Ta Ta's:
I had my first consultation about a year after my first child roughly around 2005-06 I kinda remember the size we picked was around 450cc . One was bigger due to uneven breast. After the consultation and knowing I was going to have more kids I opted to wait till I was done. Now after three kids and almost 6 years later I am more excited to get some fuller lovely Ta Ta's. If I do decide to have more kids in the future well then be so. I figure now I just need to do it and stop waiting.I do not want them from any childhood experience about having small boobs, I had fuller breast growing up, nor do I want them for my husband to have big tatas to feel up on, Nor do I want them to make my self esteem higher. I simply want an Breast Augmentation to feel out my top portion that is now gone.

I picked the date of June 28th, 2012 for my surgery. Sooner than what I was expecting from the August/September months that I originally wanted. It worked out great with my Husbands Vacation Time that was already planned for over the July 4th Holiday. Plus,it's free for a pre-book date :-) Hopefully I will feel good enough to step outside and watch the fire works with the kids. Since it will be done in the Summer now it will give me enough recovery time to pick up my infant and place in seat while driving back and forth from school (for my 8year old) Looks like we will have a pretty relaxing summer :-)

I decided on my PS from being well known and knowing 4 others that have recieved BA as well and have not said one negative comment about his work.

My wants as of now are under, moderate and smooth thur the nipple. I am a open book and feel comfortable with any changes that may need changed at consult.

My biggest decision is saline or silicone. Is saline squishy like water bags and silicone more hard to the touch after and being settled in? I am looking for fuller top with being natural, with my breast having that sag to it pre I am okay with that saggy natural look after. Not looking for "Up in my face -HERE'S MY TA TA'S! " I guess whatever type the Doc feels best for my skin will be the biggest factor in my final decision. I am pre approved for more of the both Saline/Silicone amounts just incase the Dr. wants to me to Silicone.

I am not to worried on the surgery/pain itself. My pain tolerance has always been high I had all natural pregnancy and didn't experience any stitches (just stated that because of the pain it brings) or anything that brought me to wanting any pain meds...fingers crossed in the surgery. However I can already feel an elephant sitting on my chest. lol
I have had no other cosmetic surgery in my life, but have had surgery to remove a cyst behind my ear that was causing me a lot of headaches back in '02.(I was put under and surgery went easy breezy.

I am getting a tooth extracted a month prior and that was cleared already by the office especially if the tooth is not infected.

Pre pictures will be show and please feel free to leave any helpful recommendations on sports bra, essentials pre and post, dealing with kids, if you were stuck on saline or silicone but then switched at last minute and why, any females that weight lift and when they got back into it or if that was a deciding factory from Saline/Silicone, etc Thanks in advanced!

I look forward to sharing my experience with others :-) as well as reading the good and bad on BA.

Thanks for reading.

Great review?

Hi Holly,
Thanks for sharing! I actually have my BA scheduled for 6/28 also! I'm so nervous about it. But, unlike you, I'm worried about the pain! Feels like a long time to think about it. I'm 32, 5'2 and I weigh about 110 lbs. I have a 32A and super saggy, after brestfeeding two kids. I am also debating on silicone vs saline. As for size, I don't know either! Last I tried an was happy with was 225cc's. I don't want anything big at all but I'm also hoping it won't be too small. Does anyone have advice on size or input on the pain!? Thankful for this site.

Fish oil is definitely a blood thinner, I knew that before my surgery and stopped taking it 2 months before. My dr. Was glad I had stopped before the surgery. A while ago I thought I was going to Have to have my gallbladder removed and my dr told me to stop taking it right away. I was told by my dr it also slows down wound healing.

Holly33, Did you have a lift as well? or just implants?
Holly33 16 May 2012
I have not had my final consult. At this time I would not want a lift and am okay with that. The first time I went into the consult the PS said I'd look close to these with how may breast lay, etc. I will attach a link, but if does not work her name is Charis Boyle. (not sure if I wanna go that full) http://www.google.com/search?q=charis+boyle&hl=en&client=safari&tbo=d&source=lnms&tbm=isch&ei=SwG0T5uiNebW2gXJy5jpCA&sa=X&oi=mode_link&ct=mode&cd=2&ved=0CC0Q_AUoAQ&biw=768&bih=928

I have never heard that about fish oil either. Huh. Interesting.

Here's some information about the different type of breast implants. Generally silicone are considered more natural feeling, but also have more risks associated with them and are more expensive.

Hi Holly33! You many be aware of this already but make sure you discontinue taking the fish oil at least 1-2 weeks post oral surgery & for your BA. It is a natural blood thinner and can cause excessive bleeding. I am going for consult 6/14 and planning on surgery for 6/29. I work out a lot and run and that's one of the things I'm most nervous about is not being able to exercise like I can now once the implants are placed. I wish you the best of luck on your journey and the best of health. :)

Thank you for the info on Fish Oil! I didn't even think to research that one, thank goodness I wrote that in my journey. :-)

Hello Holly33! I am a figure competitor/ weight lifter in Omaha:) I absolutely LOVE my new girls. I was a Very saggy 34B in my left and a 34A in my right. I saw at least 7 dr's they all suggested because I compete that I get the silicone. If you are thinking of competing silicone will be much better for you. When I go to the shows you can definitely see the ladies with the saline implants they will ripple with how lean we get. You can also see the outline of the implant in some of them. If it is over the muscle it is even worse it is like a ball sitting on their chest and looks very awkward. I have had 3 weight lifter friends who started with saline overs and switched to silicone unders. I have not noticed a big difference with posing either. Yes your implant may move a little if you strike certain poses but it will by far look much better (if you are going to become a competitor) if you have silicone under the muscle its what most of us do. Yes the recovery is a little harder with unders than overs but its worth it. I will try to put my pics back up tonight, I took them down because of a nosey coworker. I hope this info helps please feel free to contact me anytime!!

Oh I forgot to add I am 5"2 ,125lbs. I usually get down to 110 for competitions. I have 260 in larger breast 350 in smaller. I cant wait to go back into the gym and start lifting again. Since I"m getting a revision in a few months I will not compete this year. I want to heal completely before I hit the gym hard for competitions. I will still lift but I will take it easy until I get the OK to really lift hard.

Thank you for your input! Saline/Silicone is probably my biggest concern depending on if/when I compete. I know I need to advise that to my DR at the time of consult. I do not like the Ball look I see on female bodybuilders, nor do I want to look to small. I am sure I will be asking you more questions when it gets closer :-)

I used to have the same problem with bras, could not fill out the top part. Was a small b cup & now I fit into a 36 C/D nicely ....I wish you the best of luck. I decided to go with silicone, since saline has a tendency to ripple and also does not feel nearly as soft and natural. I remember how nervous I was before my BA..... It's an emotional roller coaster for sure. Look forward to seeing your results, good luck!

Kooberry- Thank you & another vote for Silicone! lol
