Hi I have wanted to do this for along time . I'm 48 5'4 143 lbs I wear a 34 C . I love my boobs but I want to be fuller and bigger . I'm going today to see my dr to get ready for surgery . I'm going with a 400 to 420 saline . I would love to know if that's to big . So excited ! Surgery date is May 8 th . I will post pics soon .

Hi everyone ! Six days to go I'm so excited . I have been sick , I'm feeling much better. I don't have pics to post yet . I'm going with 425 cc Saline . I'm not worried about the surgery , I'm worried about going to work four days after surgery . I'm a waitress and it's very fast pace . I work nine hours with maybe two five minute breaks . My husband is going to work with me to help me out . Mothers Day is there is going to be non stop , and that will be only my fifth day back . I handle pain well . When I had shoulder surgery I was back to work in two weeks and doing it all . I can't wait !!!!!

Good morning !! I feel great it's day 3 .I love My knew boobs ,I can't wait to be able to take care of my animals and the house work .I am still constipated , I'm taking meralax . Hi ladies , today is a beautiful day . I would love to do some yard work . We all know I can't go out in the heat . I was told not to be out in the heat and not to do any work . My dr really didn't want me to go back to work this weekend . Im ready to go to work . I'm on no pain , just waiting for the implants to fall into place . My boobs are looking good . Hi ladies, I feel really good today its 9 days after surgery . I am worried about work this weekend . I diid a little to much yesterday .I am tired of sitting around . My implants are still real high . The more you use the muscles the slower they fall into place . I really like being able to talk to other women on Realself . I hope all you ladies are doing awesome . Its funny my husband is a butt man , he really didn't want me to do this .He said only if it is for myself . I have always took care of my breast .I did not breast feed I know it sounds selfish,but I didn't want my breast to get saggy . I did loose my fullness , I think from gaining and loosing weight over the years . Have a awesome day :-) !

Hi ladies. , went back to work today . It wasn't to bad . Some of the things I carry are heavy so tried not to do any heavy work . I feel pretty good just real tired . Hi Ladies , well it's been a long weekend . I worked hard and it wasn't to bad I did have a little pain . Sensation in my nipples and through my breast . I was really tired . I have the week to heal some more . I'm so happy with my boobs :-) . I'm so ready to go on the Harley for a long ride I also would love to ride my horse . Hi ladies , the past few days have been hard I'm 16 days . My boobs felt like they were a 1000 lbs each and hurt . I called my dr and it's probably my hormones . It was like they were going to blow up . They feel better today . I was scared that something went wrong . I love my boobies ! I can't wait to get on the treadmill and start running agian . Hi ladies went to the dr . She said I'm doing great my left boob is a little higher I'm almost there . I still can't sweep or vacuum . No riding my horse no jogging . I can start wearing a real bra in a week . I'm so happy about that . I have some tight feeling at night . I would love to sleep without this sports bra . My husband is happy he can play with them now . I'm so ready to do more .my dr said if I do things early it can cause my implants to move up and than it would mean surgery to fix them . Hi ladies ,in two days I will be four wks .I'm doing really good .There is still a lot i'm not doing . Today I got back on my treadmill ,I walked two miles tomorrow I will do three .I walk about five miles each day I work .I want to jog ! In time I will be able to do it all again .I love my new boobies .I'm not in any more pain .The night tight feeling is also gone .I still have to go bra shopping .I"m going to post new pic in a minute .Enjoy your new boobies ! Hi ladies , tomorrow i will be 5 wks and its my birthday .I am so happy that I had a BA . This week I have had some pain in my right boob .Today it feels better .I think I wasn't doing my massages hard enough the last couple of week because I felt the implant move when I did pretty hard a couple of days ago. Hi ladies , went to the dr yesterday . I can do anything I want YAY !!!! No more strap . I go back in 4 wks . I'm sooooo happy that I got my BA . I'm dropped completely . Went shopping for bras VS only has 34DD in the store that are to small . I don't want to order off net because I want to try them on . Went to Dillard's found a lot in my size . I wear a 34 DDD but some DDs fit . They had good prices so I got 3 for 85 dollars 2 were on sale . I got hurt and my ribs are bruised really bad was verry lucky my splen and kidney is ok . My ribs might be cracked . My dr said I could wait a couple of days to get x ray . So I still can't do anything . It hurts to breath and move around . Dang it I'm tired of sitting around . Hi girls , it's been awhile I'm doing great . My right breast needs to be fixed its over to the side to far . I don't know if I will fix it its not that bad . It will cost 1200 to fix it . I'm very happy with my new breast :) . My Dr can't say it won't move more . So I might see how it does . It will be the same recovery as before . i will have permanent stitches and I'm scared i might rip them .I don't think I'm ready for that again . Please give me some in put of what you all think .Take care hope to hear from you all .

Well I'm doing ok ! I think my right breast is out of pocket . I see my Dr Monday . My boob already was needing to be fixed it was going to far over towards my arm pit . And now it is about 2 inches lower in front . I'm not to happy about it . I don't want to go through the recovery time again . My Dr already said I would have permanent stitches to keep my boob pushed in . I don't know what she will do with it 2 inches past where my stitches where . Have any of u ladies had this happen ? I will post more after I see the Dr Monday .

Ok the doctors on this sight said it looks like I'm bottoming out . It can be fixed with surgery to fix pocket . It also said I could get bigger implants to fix it . I will see my Dr and see what she thinks is best . I don't think I want to get bigger implants I'm already a 34/DDD it's hard to find bras . Thanks for all your input .

Well went to Dr today . I'm having surgery on nov. 13 to fix my right breast . It's going to cost 1,250 . Not looking forward to recovery . Going to take off 2 wk ends from work so I will be off 16 days this time . I took 10 days the first time . I will have stitches to fix the pocket . The implant will not be put so high this time . It does take just as long to heal as the first surgery . I'm going to quit smoking tomorrow so I will have quit 2 wks before surgery . I was flag last time because in recovery I couldn't stop coughing to breath . My husband couldn't be recovery with me because they had to keep me breathing . I don't remember any of it . When I had shoulder surgery I didn't smoke than and they had to keep telling me to breath . So I don't know if it was from smoking . I guess I will have to get everything done before my revision .

TCinIN Iam doing alot better. Still have some swelling and the pain and burning down my arm . My arm pit is still pretty swollen .My husband is doing about the same . Hope your doing good . Thank you for checking on me . Hugs !!!

all4me1213 my left breast has been perfect for about 4 months . I had revision on my right breast and its dropping . I'm very happy with size I have . I think the size u picked will look great on u . I bet your going crazy waiting . I know I did .

Sissy, do you or did you go thru good and bad. I like my boobs one day as they are so full and big... And then some days I feel small not like other days. I don't know I'm just going back and fourth. I want to go larger now. Omg... right!! I'm thinking another 100cc. And then I'm done. I could only go 550cc that is all my body would handle. But now that the skin has streatched out a bit, I can go with more. My husband thinks i'm nuts, but I feel like I want just a bit more. IDK.... What do you think. I am a 36DD at VS but anywhere else I'm a 36D. I don't want enormous but I just want a little more fullness.

sexy49 , I do feel like I want bigger boobs .im a 34 DDD in reg bras . After I loose the weight I gained I might really want to go bigger . I think we all feel this way because we get used to the size as are now . My husband said you already have a hard time finding bras . 36 is to big and 34 is hard to find in triple D . So really I would be crazy to get my boobs bigger . You look awesome ! You should do what makes you happy .

Omg! Hugs to your husband, I know he must be in such pain. Hugs to you too! How is it possible that no matter what we are going through, our men always seem to be worse off and end up needing us when we need them the most? Or maybe that's just me, lol. You have the right attitude. Do what you can, leave the rest. It will still be there when you are ready. Chances are, whatever it is wouldn't stay done anyway, so you can do it now and later, or just later. This time it will have to be just later. Sending up a prayer for healing for both of you.

TC it's not just you. The day after my surgery my hubs came home early with back pain. Long story short, I went back to work on day 6 and he's been still off with two bulged discs. Ugh.

So u both know what I'm going through . Just seen my dr the morning before he did it. . She said do nothing . I have stitches on the inside on the side and bottom of boob they will be there for ever . If I rip them I'm going to need revision again . I hope I haven't done any harm to them yet .

I hope you haven't!! Is there anyone you can call to lend a hand with getting him around? I know it's hard to ask for help, but this is a really special circumstance. Luckily I have a brother that lives in the next town over who will come if I ever really need something, and a son who will do what he can when he is around. I hope you find some help with the heavy stuff. You don't deserve to go through this again!

Sissy, listen to the Dr. If there's something that needs to be done, it will be there tomorrow and the next day. Let it be!!! Once you're strong and recovered, then you can attack anything you want :)

He got a boot today yay !!! My son is home from the oilfield . He is going to get the things I need so I don't have to carry heavy stuff . My dad and mom are gone out of town for another week . All my 3 boys are in the oilfield . There not home much . We so stuff for them while there gone . Things will be ok . Thank you so much TCinIC !!!!

I'm so glad everything went well and your recovery is easier this time. I never had the gurgle either, but I've read others reviewers who have mentioned it. I bet it's a strange sensation! Congrats on the revision and I hope your healing continues to be smooth.

Hi sissy. You know I never heard tne gurgling either. Did you Dr use a nerve block (that could be why you're numb)? I ask because my ps used one on me which didn't wear off untl the end of day 2-it was wonderful!
