Breast Augmentation: Stories

Well, My Surgery is in about 24 hours!!! Im really excited and ready to get it over with. Im starting to get a little nervous, I think think that will really kick in sometime tonight when i can't sleep. I am currently 23 yo, 5'4", 125lbs, I child (21mos), I am currently a 34B and want to be a 34D. I have chosen to get high profile smooth round saline implants and dr.metcalf and I agreed on 425cc to 475cc. So i am just going to let him do his job and hopefully give me great boobs! My doctor prefers to do trans-axillary incisions, so that is what i am having done. I will provide pictures pre-op and post-op. Send prayers and good luck!!!! I will update soon.

Oh my goodness! It's starting to kick in. My surgery is hours away, I am so excited and can't believe what I am about to finally do. You know I went for my very first consult about three years ago, and then found out I was preggo. So Now I am finally doing it. This is un-freaking-believable!!! I cant wait to meet my new girls!!

Well it's 2:46 am! I can't sleep anymore! Time to get up, shower and hit the road. My dad is going with me for my surgery bc my husband cannot take off today. But him and his mother will be here for the next 4 days watching my son and helping me. So that's good. I am sure my dad can manage! He better! Lol I am keeping myself calm as of now. Several friends and co-workers have given words of encouragement over the last week. Like "I am the biggest baby and if I can do it you can do it" or "I was a nervous wreck going into my surgery, but I would do it all agian, it is so worth it" so I just keep telling myself that. And also it's something I know I will love and not regret, so I just am keeping my excitement up thinking about that. One of my best friends has already had two sets of implants and for the last three years we have said when she gets hers redone and I get mine we want to do it together, and we finally are! My surgery is first thing at 9am hers is later today at 1pm. So that makes this experience a special one! I told her we are now "boob sisters"!! Lol ok look at me rambling on...... Nervous? Just a little so far. I will update soon.

Well. I'm just hours post-op and this is completely dissrerent from what I thought!
I remember falling asleep and the waking up here in th hotel. Don't remember anything else. Pain and pressure in my chest. Still haven't eaten , but I know I need to. Well I will update in a bit

Sore, I got nauseous. And threw up. :( but I am finally about to eat and take some pain meds and ani nausea meds. Still trying to get the pics up, bare with me.

Well it's been almost 36 hours since surgery. It's been rough. I was so nauseous all night last night I could not take any pain meds. So I was up all night. :( but it's getting better. So far they look great, just really swollen obviously. He ended up using 470cc's on both sides. I think they will be perfect. I will add pics tomorrow. Stay tuned!
